摘  要：城市管理在经济和科技发展中占有重要地位，尤其是在智能化发展越来越快的时代，建立智能考核体系是城市精细化管理提升有效手段之一。该文以泉州市城市管理综合考核平台的开发建设为切点，从智能考核系统架构设计、功能模块搭建出发，综合性探讨城市智能考核的应用及可行性。实践表明城市管理智能考核系统能很好地应用于日常城市精细化管理中，符合现有的城市管理状态，具有一定的推广价值。

Design and Application of Intelligent Examination System for Urban Management

Abstract： City management plays an important role in the development of economy and science and technology， especially in the era of faster and faster intelligent development， the establishment of intelligent assessment system is one of the effective means to improve city fine management. Based on the development and construction of the integrated assessment platform for city management in Quanzhou， this paper discusses the application and feasibility of the intelligent assessment system. The practice shows that the intelligent assessment system of city management can be well applied to the daily city fine management， in line with the existing state of city management， and has a certain promotion value.

2017年習近平总书记在上海考察时提出：“城市管理要像绣花一样精细、城市管理要在科学化、精细化、智能化上下功夫。”随着经济发展，城市建设逐渐向科学智能化发展，因此需要实现城市管理良性化，高效而彻底地进行城市管理[1-2]。网络互联技术发展让更多信息手段运用到城市管理中，相比传统的城市管理模式，智能系统大大增加了管理效率，取得更大的效益。该文在适应目前的大环境的情况下，设计了一个更加客观、公正开展综合考核的城市管理智能考核系统，量化考核指标，解决复杂城市管理的各项问题，更加科学合理地评价各地城市管理水平，并将智能化城市管理彻底贯彻下去。
