摘  要：全面实施乡村振兴战略是我国“十四五”时期的重要举措。农业经济发展是推动农村建设，带动农民增收的重要举措，是全面实现乡村振兴的重要抓手。乡村振兴要求從产业振兴、人才振兴、文化振兴、生态振兴和组织振兴“五大振兴模块”入手从而实现产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕，要求全面实现社会、经济和群众素能一体化协同发展，确保农业农村经济实现跨越式发展、农业产业扶持资金得到充分保障、农村物质资源储备充足探究农业经济发展策略，有助于乡村振兴战略取得突破性成效。该文以山东省东营市汀罗镇为例，通过对其农业经济发展现状以及存在的问题进行全面分析，探究顺应乡村振兴战略的发展模式，以期为其他地区农业经济发展提供新的建设思路和参考性方案。

Research on Agricultural Economic Development Strategy under the Background of Rural Vitalization

Abstract： The comprehensive implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy is an important measure during the 14th Five Year Plan period. Agricultural economic development is an important measure to promote rural construction and increase farmers' income. It is also an important starting point for the full realization of Rural Revitalization. Rural Revitalization requires the "five revitalization modules" of industrial revitalization， talent revitalization， cultural revitalization， ecological revitalization and organization revitalization to achieve industrial prosperity， ecological livable， civilized village， effective governance， and rich life. It requires the comprehensive integration of social， economic and mass energy development to ensure that the agricultural and rural economy to achieve leapfrog development， agricultural industry support funds are fully guaranteed， rural material resources reserve sufficient exploration of agricultural economic development strategies， contribute to the rural revitalization strategy to achieve breakthrough results. This paper takes Tingluo Town， Dongying City， Shandong Province as an example， through a comprehensive analysis of its agricultural economic development status and existing problems， and explores the development model conforming to the Rural Revitalization Strategy， in order to provide new construction ideas and reference schemes for the agricultural economic development of other regions.

全面实施乡村振兴战略是我国“十四五”时期的重要举措，按照《乡村振兴战略规划（2018—2022年）》的指导路径。乡村振兴战略作为新时期我国“七大战略 ”之一，具有至关重要的地位和意义。其是党在十九大做出的重大决策部署，是决胜全面构建小康社会、建成社会主义现代化国家、实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要举措，“三农”问题事关国计民生，“农业强不强，农村美不美，农民富不富”是衡量一个国家农业现代化发展的重要指标。……
