摘  要：图书馆是重要的全民阅读空间，在为人民提供丰富的精神食粮方面起着重要作用。阅读是一种生命的体验，空间要素在阅读效果转化中不容忽视，浸润式的公共空间阅读能够给读者带来更多的获得感，为读者提升者服务体验。该文以国家图书馆艺术中心为例探究适应阅读新常态、打造文化空间、丰富阅读体验的新方式，以期更好地满足社会公众到馆阅读学习的需求。

Creating a New Model of People-oriented National Reading

—Taking the National Library Art Center as an Example

Abstract：Library is an important reading space for the whole people and plays an important role in providing rich spiritual food for the people. Reading is a kind of life experience. Spatial elements can not be ignored in the transformation of reading effect. Infiltration of public space reading can bring readers more sense of acquisition and improve the service experience for readers. Taking the arts center of the National Library Art Center as an example， this paper explores new ways to adapt to the new normal of reading， create cultural space and enrich reading experience， so as to better meet the reading and learning needs of the public.

2018年开始实施的《中华人民共和国公共图书馆法》中规定，公共图书馆应向公众免费开放公共空间设施、场地等，提供讲座、阅读推广等服务项目，从而使全民阅读切實成为国家文化创造性转化的内生力量。近年来，国内外一些图书馆在建筑理念、空间设计、功能布局等领域都做出了创新发展，该文梳理总结了国家图书馆在艺术中心建设及空间改造、使用体验方面的经验，对如何进一步适应社会公众需求，打造新型的多元文化体验、交流学习与协同共享空间的目标、方法、策略及项目进行总结。

1  以人为本：做好中国特色社会主义文化的创造性转化工作

当前，全民阅读的形势依然不容乐观，碎片化阅读充斥着现代人的生活，“如何让更多的人走进图书馆”依然是这个时代的重要课题。“十四五”期间，公共图书馆在推动事业发展方向方面，将在场馆功能设计和空间布局上下功夫，充分研讨能够体现现代公共文化发展空间的服务理念和未来图书馆的发展方向，通过多种方式促成阅读和文化传承的完美结合，让更多的读者来到图书馆感受图书馆空间独一无二的体验。……
