【摘要】 LED灯具成为生活中必不可少的一部分，无论是在室内还是在室外都随处可见，因此，市场上对LED灯具各方面性能要求也越来越高。当前，部分LED灯具产品的可靠性及安全性出现了一些隐患。本文结合对标准的理解和工作中经验的积累，对户外用LED灯具可靠性要求中振动试验的振动应力如何施加、何时施加等问题进行分析，为确保产品准确实施可靠性试验提供指导和帮助。

Analysis of Vibration Test Technology in the Reliability

Abstract： LED luminaire has become an indispensable part of life，whether it is indoors or outdoors. Therefore，the performance of LED luminaire is getting higher and higher in the market. At present，some hidden dangers have appeared in the reliability and safety of some LED lamps. Combined with the understanding of the standard and the accumulation of work experience，this paper analyzes how and when to apply the vibration stress in the vibration test in the reliability requirements of external LED lamps，so as to provide guidance and help for the smooth implementation of the reliability test.

1 燈具振动试验的必要性

随着城市化进程的加快，作为城市景观亮化工程的LED灯具产品也得广泛应用，市场上对LED灯具产品在节能、可靠性、环保等方面提出了更高质量的要求，本文就主要从LED灯具可靠性要求中，对振动试验要求与技术分析进行介绍。

灯具在使用中经常会遇到一些外界环境影响而让产品出现一些故障，为了进一步提高灯具产品可靠性，根据GB/T 33721—2017《LED灯具可靠性试验方法》与ANSI C136.31—2018《北美道路和区域照明产品的振动试验》标准，对户外的LED灯具产品进行振动试验。振动试验是模拟产品在运输（Transportation）、安装（Installation）及使用（Use）环境中所遭遇到的各种振动环境影响，用来确定灯具是否能承受各种环境振动的能力。振动试验是评定元器件、零部件及整机在预期的运输及使用环境中的抵抗环境应力，同时也可以通过振动试验结果及早发现灯具存在的不足，并在上市之前进行改进，降低产品故障率，提高灯具产品的可靠性。……
