摘要：新冠疫情常态化防控和决战决胜脱贫攻坚的形势下，保障现行标准下农村贫困人口实质脱贫的基础上助推乡村振兴战略，必须重视农村基层党组织的精准发力。农村基层党建工作是乡村振兴的风向标，是精准施策的压舱石，二者结合走出中国特色的新农村道路。党建扶贫取得了多方面的好成绩，但面对新期待、新作为和新挑战仍然是任重道远。为有效执行乡村振兴战略，着力建设社会主义新农村，必须进一步加强党的各方面建设和创新党建的新举措，为第二个百年征程的强盛奠定坚实的红色信仰。

Abstract： In the context of the normal prevention and control of COVID-19 and the decisive battle to win the “last kilometer” in the battle against poverty， To ensure that the rural poor are actually lifted out of poverty under the current standards， to promote the rural revitalization strategy， we must attach importance to the precise force of the rural grassroots party organizations. The rural grassroots party building work is the vane of rural revitalization and the ballast stone for precise implementation of policies. The combination of the two is a new rural road with Chinese characteristics. Party building has made great achievements in poverty alleviation， but facing new expectations， new achievements and new challenges is still a long way to go. In order to effectively implement the rural revitalization strategy and focus on building a new socialist countryside， it is necessary to further strengthen all aspects of the party building and innovate new measures for party building， and lay a solid red faith for the prosperity of the second century.

在疫情防控常態化新阶段下，中共中央制定2020年经济工作发展目标紧紧围绕“稳中求进”，渐进式复工复产，打好三大攻坚战，坚决实现全面建成小康社会目标。近期在北京顺利召开2020年经济工作会议，会议不仅对今年的经济工作进行了总结：“我国成为全球唯一实现经济正增长的主要经济体”，[1]还系统全面部署了2021年我国经济工作。前不久，十九届五中全会高度称赞“十三五”时期决胜全面建成小康社会取得的佳绩，并审议通过了《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和二0三五年远景目标的建议》。2020年是第一个百年奋斗目标和第二个百年奋斗目标的历史交汇期，在全面建成小康社会的基础上，向全面建设社会主义现代化进军。……
