【摘要】目的：研究交互式教学法，运用在肿瘤科护理实习教学中的临床实践。方法：挑选本院2020年1月至2021年2月，在我院进行实习的100位临床实习生作为研究对象，随机分两组，对照组进行普通教学，研究组运用交互式教学手段，对比两组临床实习生综合素养以及患者满意度情况。结果：从两组实习生综合素养以及患者满意度来看，研究组明显比对照组高，数据差异存在统计学影响（P<0.05）。结论：交互式教学方法，其不但符合学生的基本所需，还可提升学生综合素养等。

【Abstract】Objective：To study the interactive teaching method and apply it to clinical practice in oncology nursing practice teaching. Methods：100 clinical interns in our hospital from January 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into two groups. The control group conducted ordinary teaching， and the research group used interactive teaching methods to compare the two Group clinical interns' comprehensive literacy and patient satisfaction. Results：From the perspective of the comprehensive literacy and patient satisfaction of the two groups of interns， the study group was significantly higher than the control group， and the difference in data was statistically affected （P<0.05）. Conclusion：The interactive teaching method not only meets the basic needs of students， but also improves students' comprehensive literacy.

臨床护理实习教学，具体就是护生从课堂直到临床，从基础理论到临床实践的总体阶段，属于护理教学的最终环节，也属于护生到护士的关键过渡时期。实习成效在很大程度上影响到之后的护理水平。当前学校教育同临床实践具有一定的出入，并没有尽早把最新临床知识传授给学生。交互式教学方法不同传统的教学方法的重点就是，以教师为中心的教学方法，使学生主动参加教学的全阶段，最终不断成为教学活动的主体，另外更好的体现出教师在教学活动中的显著价值，使教师同学生之间产生良好互动[1]。为了能够更好地研究交互式教学法，运用在肿瘤科护理实习教学中的临床实践。挑选本院2020年1月至2021年2月，在我院进行实习的100位临床实习生作为研究对象，随机分两组，对照组进行普通教学……
