【摘要】目的：探討急性缺血性脑卒中患者接受溶栓期针对性护理干预对超早期静脉溶栓效果的影响。方法：我院收治的急性缺血性脑卒中患者为纳入分析对象的主要方向，主要选取时间为2020年3月至2021年3月，选取人数为60例。为了深入了解溶栓期针对性护理干预的应用效果，运用分组对比的方法，将所有患者进行计算机随机排序，根据入院的先后顺序，将患者纳入研究开始阶段设置的研究组和参照组中，每个小组中的人数相等，分别使用不同的护理方法，即针对性护理模式、基础护理方案，使用以上方法后需要对患者的临床情况信息详细的观察，并将患者的神经功能缺损情况以及临床护理后的有效率、满意度作为研究的主要数据进行记录，同时将上述数据对比后分析。结果：患者神经功能缺损情况（即NIHSS评分、FMA评分）统计后进行比较，研究组相对于参照组优势明显，（P<0.05）说明差异有统计学意义。{研究组总有效率100.0%（30/30）、护理满意度96.67%（29/30）比参照组总有效率83.33%（25/30）、护理满意度76.67%（23/30）}，以上比较前者较优，（P<0.05）表明差异有统计学意义。结论：在急性缺血性脑卒中患者超早期静脉溶栓中，采用针对性个体化护理模式，能够有效地提高溶栓效果，使患者的神经功能得到改善，有利于促进临床护理满意度的提高。

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of targeted nursing intervention on ultra early intravenous thrombolysis in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods： 60 patients with acute ischemic stroke in our hospital were selected from March 2020 to March 2021. In order to deeply understand the application effect of targeted nursing intervention in thrombolysis period， all patients were randomly sorted by group comparison method. According to the order of admission， patients were included in the study group and the reference group set at the beginning of the study. The number of people in each group was equal， and different nursing methods were used， namely， targeted nursing mode， targeted nursing mode， targeted nursing mode and targeted nursing mode Basic nursing program， after using the above methods， we need to observe the clinical information of patients in detail， and record the neurological deficit of patients and the efficiency and satisfaction of clinical nursing as the main data of the study， and analyze the above data after comparison. Results： compared with the control group， the study group had a significant advantage in neurological deficit （NIHSS score， FMA score） （P< 0.05） The total effective rate and nursing satisfaction of the study group were 100.0% （30 / 30） and 96.67% （29 / 30） respectively， which were significantly better than those of the control group （83.33% （25 / 30） and 76.67% （23 / 30）} （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： in the ultra early intravenous thrombolysis of patients with acute ischemic stroke， the targeted nursing mode can effectively improve the thrombolytic effect， improve the neurological function of patients， and promote the improvement of clinical nursing satisfaction.
