【摘要】目的：探讨针对性护理在慢性胃溃疡患者护理中的应用效果。方法： 选取2020年1月-12月我院收治的100例慢性胃溃疡患者为研究对象，平均分成对照组与研究组。对照组采取常规护理，研究组采取针对性护理，对比两组护理成效。结果： 实验组患者的护理满意度分值要高于对照组患者，临床疗效总有效率也优于对照组，数据间对比有统计学差异存在（P<0.05）。 结论：针对性护理的实施可提高慢性胃溃疡患者对护理工作的满意程度，值得在深入探讨的前提下展开广泛应用。

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the application effect of targeted nursing in patients with chronic gastric ulcer. Methods：100 patients with chronic gastric ulcer in our hospital from January to December， 2020 were selected as research objects， and were equally divided into control group and research group. The control group received routine nursing， while the research group received targeted nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results：The scores of nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group， and the total effective rate of clinical efficacy was also better than that in the control group. There was a statistical difference between the data （P< 0.05）. Conclusion：The implementation of targeted nursing can improve the satisfaction of patients with chronic gastric ulcer， which is worthy of extensive application under the premise of in-depth discussion.

隨着社会的不断发展和人民生活水平的不断提高，人们的学习和工作压力也明显增加，以至于人们的饮食习惯越来越不健康，导致慢性胃溃疡的发病率越来越高[1-2]。在慢性消化系统疾病中，慢性胃溃疡较为常见，起病慢，短时间内难以治愈，治疗过程中受患者生活习惯和心理因素的影响，复发率较高。因此，慢性胃溃疡患者的护理和有效治疗显得尤为重要。临床研究表明，针对性护理可以促进慢性胃溃疡患者的康复。本研究探析了慢性胃溃疡应用针对性护理的价值，报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2020年1月～2020年12月我院收治的100例慢性胃溃疡患者为例，均匀分成研究组与对照组。对照组男24例，女26例，年龄（44.27±4.15）岁，病程（5.78±1.54）年;研究组男25例，女25例，年龄（44.34±4.14）岁，病程（4.91±1.17）年。所有患者都通过胃镜活检和病理组织检查确诊为胃溃疡，且自愿参加本次研究并签署知情协议书;一般资料进行对比后，P>0.05，有可比性。……
