摘要目的：研究蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染的作用。方法：选取我院2019年12月-2020年12月收治的90例急性上呼吸道感染患儿，采用随机方式将其分为实验组与对照组，各45例。结果：实验组患儿临床症状改善时间与治愈时间短于对照组，P<0.05。结论：急性上呼吸道感染患儿在常规抗病毒、退热基础上，应用蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗效果较好，可有效缩短疾病治愈时间。

Objective： To study the effect of dandelian Xiaoyan oral liquid on children with acute upper respiratory tract infection. Methods： 90 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection were selected from December 2019 to December 2020 in our hospital. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group， 45 cases respectively. Results： the time of improvement and cure of clinical symptoms in the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： the treatment effect of dandelian Xiaoyan oral liquid is better in the treatment of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection on the basis of routine antiviral and fever relieving， and can effectively shorten the cure time of the disease.

兒童急性上呼吸道感染属于季节性多发性疾病，疾病的发生原因与气温变化、环境变化、病毒侵袭有直接的关系，一般儿童的抵抗力比较弱，所以疾病的发病率比较高[1]。在临床上针对此类疾病的治疗主要是以药物控制联合护理为主，一般西药治疗可以有效缓解症状，但是长期应用会产生不同程度的副作用。中医在治疗急性上呼吸道感染上有自己独到的见解，蒲地蓝口服液可以快速缓解患儿的临床症状，治疗以益气解毒为主，可以有效缩短患儿的治疗时间，是比较好的一种辅助治疗药物[2]。基于此，本文中针对蒲地蓝口服液的治疗效果展开研究，如下。

1. 资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取我院2019年12月-2020年12月收治的90例急性上呼吸道感染患儿，对照组中男23例，女22例，平均（5.42±1.57）岁;实验组中男22例，女23例，平均（5.58±1.72）岁，一般资料对比（P>0.05）。

1.2方法

两组患儿确诊后均给予常规降温、平喘、止咳等基础治疗，并定其注意饮食，多喝水。

1.2.1对照组：

在基础治疗基础上选用头孢呋辛钠进行治疗，依据患儿的实际年龄与体质量选择药物的剂量，将其与100ml0.9%氯化钠充分混合在一起，每天两次静脉滴注。……
