摘要：目的 分析在对颅脑外伤患者进行术后护理的过程中将康复护理干预进行运用的效果。方法  研究所选入患者为60例，属于我院在2020年2月至12月所接诊病例，结合组内盲选的方式取30例患者在治疗中展开常规性护理，即对照组，余下患者则需要将康复护理进行运用，即观察组。分析护理效果。结果  结合对患者运动功能评分，生活质量、护理满意度对比，观察组均存在优势，P<0.05。结论 在对颅脑外伤患者进行护理的过程中将康复护理干预进行运用，可以有效增加临床对该部分患者的护理效果，促进患者恢复。

Abstract： Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention in the process of postoperative nursing for patients with brain injury. Methods 60 patients were selected from the Institute， which belonged to the cases received by our hospital from February to December 2020. Combined with the blind selection method in the group， 30 patients were given routine nursing care in the treatment， namely the control group， and the rest patients needed to use rehabilitation nursing， namely observation group. The nursing effect was analyzed. Results the observation group had advantages in the exercise function score， quality of life and nursing satisfaction， P < 0.05. Conclusion the application of rehabilitation nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with brain injury can effectively increase the clinical nursing effect and promote the recovery of patients.

顱脑外伤属于临床最为常见的病症类型，且在车祸以及建筑施工事故频发的情况下，颅脑患者患者的临床数量正以较快的速度在增加，对患者健康所造成的影响较大。因该部分患者多伴随存在有神经功能损伤的情况，为促使患者得到有效恢复，更需要做好对应的康复护理工作[1-2]。本次研究就主要对康复护理干预在该部分患者护理中的作用进行分析。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

研究所选入患者为60例，属于我院在2020年2月至12月所接诊病例，结合组内盲选的方式取30例患者在治疗中展开常规性护理，即对照组，余下患者则需要将康复护理进行运用，即观察组。在患者组成方面，对照组中存在有男性患者16例，女14例，年龄在62—79岁间，均值为（69.23±1.38）。而观察组中存在有男性18例，女12例，年龄在63—78岁间，均值为（68.01±1.08）。对比以上数据，P>0.05。……
