摘要：目的 分析在对硬膜外血肿手术患者术期护理的过程中将优质护理干预展开运用的效果。方法 研究选入患者为60例，为本院在2020年2月至12月所接诊病例，结合盲选的方式取组中30例患者，在手术期间展开常规性护理，即对照组，余下患者在护理时则需要将优质护理干预展开运用，即观察组。分析患者的恢复情况。结果 对比患者术后并发症、心理状态、生活质量，观察组均存在优势，P<0.05。结论 在对硬膜外血肿患者术期护理中将优质护理干预进行运用，能够有效提升临床对该部分患者的护理效果，有助于患者恢复。

Abstract： Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing intervention in the process of perioperative nursing for patients with epidural hematoma. Methods 60 patients were selected in the study， who were treated in our hospital from February to December 2020. Combined with blind selection， 30 patients in the group were given routine nursing during the operation， namely the control group. The remaining patients needed to use high-quality nursing intervention during nursing， namely the observation group. The recovery of the patients was analyzed. Results compared with postoperative complications， psychological state and quality of life， the observation group had advantages， P < 0.05. Conclusion the application of high-quality nursing intervention in the perioperative nursing of patients with epidural hematoma can effectively improve the clinical nursing effect of this part of patients and help patients recover.

硬膜外血腫属于最为常见的病症类型，对患者健康所造成的影响较大。在对该部分患者进行手术治疗的过程中，手术对患者造成的创伤较大，为促使患者可以在术后较短时间内进行恢复，更需要做好对应护理干预工作[1-2]。本次研究就侧重对优质护理干预在该部分患者护理中的作用进行分析。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

研究选入患者为60例，为本院在2020年2月至12月所接诊病例，结合盲选的方式取组中30例患者，在手术期间展开常规性护理，即对照组，余下患者在护理时则需要将优质护理干预展开运用，即观察组。在患者组成上，对照组中男性18例，女12例，年龄在34—67岁间，均值为（45.23±1.38）。而观察组中男性19例，女11例，年龄在33—69岁间，均值为（46.81±1.84）。对比以上数据，P>0.05。

1.2 方法

对照组患者在接受手术治疗的过程中各方面护理干预工作均遵照常规护理形式进行展开，术前指导患者做好对应准备工作，并大致为患者讲解手术的流程等，术后则需要密切关注患者各生命指标的变化情况，及时分析是否存在有异常症状。……
