Design and Application of Fire-fighting System in

Ro-Ro Area of Train Carrier

Abstract： According to the characteristics and requirements of the train ro-ro ship， this paper introduces the structure and composition of the ship's fire-fighting system， analyzes the working principle of the system， expounds the design points of the fire-fighting system in the ro-ro area and the work flow of the fire monitoring system.

1     前言

根据运输货物的不同，运输船大致可分为：散货船、集装箱船、滚装船、油船、化学品船及客轮等六种。随着海上贸易的增多，引发船舶火灾的机率也不断增加，火灾事故的发生不仅造成大量的人员伤亡和财产损失，而且对海洋环境造成严重的污染。所以对船舶进行防火、防爆，特别是货船的防火问题已成为海上贸易的关键因素。

2     滚装船消防系统特点

火车运输船属于滚装船类别，其消防系统有：水灭火系统;CO2系统灭火系统;压力水雾灭火系统和高倍泡沫灭火系统等形式。一般滚装船多采用水灭火系统和高压水雾灭火系统相结合的方式。

船舶水灭火系统的要求根据船舶类型不同而各有差异。系统由消防泵、管系、阀件、消防水带、消防水枪、消火栓及国际通岸接头等组成，其具有相应速度快、瞬时、高效、自动化程度高、在一定时间内不受火灾影响等特点，广泛用于扑灭起居处所、货舱等处的火灾。

水灭火系统除了用于扑灭火灾外，还用于对甲板、舱室和通道地板的情况，以及起锚时冲洗锚链和锚链桶上的淤泥，在夏季还能喷淋甲板，防止因阳光直射甲板而引起油舱温度的升高。……
