摘要：智能网联化是百年汽车工业走到今天的最新的发展方向。职业教育要与时俱进，紧跟市场需求。文章重点探讨了我国传统汽车专业中高职衔接人才培养模式中存在的弊端和人才培养模式转变的必要，引出了汽车产业在智联网联背景下1+X证书模式对中高职衔接人才培养模式转变的积极引导作用。

Abstract： Intelligent networking is the latest development direction of the centennial automobile industry. Vocational education should keep pace with the times and keep up with market demand. This paper focuses on the disadvantages existing in the Qualified Personnel Training Mode of the connection between secondary and  higher vocational education in China's traditional automobile major and the necessity of the transformation of training mode，and leads to the positive guiding role of the 1 + X certificate in the transformation of the Qualified Personnel Training Mode of the connection between secondary and higher vocational education under the background of Zhilian network.

1  时代背景

2019年1月24日国务院文件《国务院关于印发国家职业教育改革实施方案的通知》[1]中明确提到，启动1+X证书制度试点工作;2019年3月26日教育部职业技术教育中心研究所发布《关于参与1+X证书制度试点的首批职业教育培训评价组织及职业技能等级证书公示公告》[2]，该公告附件1中《首批职业教育培训评价组织及职业技能等级证书名单》[3]首批6项X证书中，“汽车运用与维修职业技能等级证书”和“智能新能源汽车职业技能等级证书”就占据了其中的两项，让汽车专业成为职业教育改革的时代弄潮儿。在随后的《关于参与1+X证书制度试点第三批职业教育培训评价组织和职业技能等级证书的公示公告》[4]中，增加了与汽车相关的“汽车油漆调色与喷涂职业技能等级证书”、“商用车销售服务职业技能等级证书”、“车联网系统集成和应用职业技能等级证书”、“智能网联汽车测试装调职业技能等级证书”、“智能网联汽车检测与运维职业技能等级证书”[5]。汽车专业能够进入首批X证书名单，并在随后的第三批名单中补充完善市场急需的X证书，与汽车行业飞速发展时不我待的背景息息相关。……
