摘要：本文以数控机床为研究对象，围绕数控机床长期使用过程中出现频率较高的一些故障问题以及相应的维修处理展开研究。首先，结合数控机床操作使用实践经验，对其中存在的几种主要故障分别进行了详解;其次，论述了数控机床故障维修处理原则;最后，就数控机床故障维修处理策略进行了详细介绍。希望能够通过以下研究来进一步增进造作人员对数控机床故障以及使用情况的了解，进而在切实保障数控机床正常运转的基础上实现其应用价值的最大化。

Abstract： In this paper， the numerical control machine tool as the research object， focusing on the long-term use of numerical control machine tool in the high frequency of some problems and the corresponding maintenance treatment. First of all， combined with the practical experience of operation and use of CNC machine tools， several main faults are explained in detail， secondly， the principle of fault maintenance and treatment of CNC machine tools is discussed， in this paper， the failure maintenance strategy of CNC machine tool is introduced in detail. It is hoped that the following research can further enhance the  fabricators understanding of the CNC machine fault and the use of the situation， so as to achieve the maximum application value on the basis of ensuring the normal operation of the CNC machine.

0  引言

伴随着机械制造业的飞速发展，国家制造业装备技术也在逐年优化，行业越来越多的使用到了中、高档数控机床设备。之后的工作就是怎样确保设备的充分利用，一旦设备出现问题就要在第一时间进行修理，使其尽快投入使用。故而在平常的车间管理中，数控机床设备管理与维修就成了工作的重中之重。对数控机床的管理是一件十分繁琐而系统的工程，不仅需要扎实的设备管理知识，还需要丰富的设备维修经验。数控机床是机电一体化的综合体，数控机床维修是一项复杂、技术含量很高的工作，维修人员不但要熟知电气系统知识，还要熟悉机械、液压、光学等方面的知识。认真、负责、胆大、心细及技术过硬是对维修人员最基本的要求。理论与实践相结合，上机熟悉机床的操作面板和各菜单内容，同时也要充分利用数控机床的自诊断技术来迅速地处理故障。……
