摘要：举高类消防车在高层火灾扑救、抢险救援、社会救助等方面应用广泛，发挥着及其重要的作用。国家对消防事业的资金投入逐年增多，人们对消防车性能也提出了更高的要求。首先简述了举高类消防车的分类和特点，设计了基于安全PLC的举高消防车冗余安全控制系统，实现了电气控制系统内部故障自检测功能。与传统消防车控制系统相比，极大的提高了举高类消防车的可靠性与安全性。液压系统是消防车的重要组成，对消防车的工作性能起着关键作用，最后总结了其预防维修策略。

Abstract： The high type of fire truck is widely used in high-rise fire fighting， rescue， social rescue and other aspects， play an important role. The national investment in fire fighting is increasing year by year， and people put forward higher requirements on the performance of fire trucks. Firstly， the classification and characteristics of the lifting fire truck are briefly described， and the redundant safety control system of the lifting fire truck based on safety PLC is designed， and the internal fault self-detection function of the electrical control system is realized. Compared with the traditional fire truck control system， it greatly improves the reliability and safety of the lift type fire truck. Hydraulic system is an important component of fire engine and plays a key role in the performance of fire engine.

0  引言

随着我国城市化进程的不断推进，高楼大厦逐渐增多，同时为了预防和应对高层火灾事故，举高类消防车的应用也更加广泛。举高消防车在实际救援行动中，不仅可以对高楼进行灭火作业，也可向高层输送消防人员和设备，救援高层被困人员，因此，对于举高消防车的可靠性和安全性要求非常高。基于安全PLC设计了冗余安全控制系统，增加了对举高消防车电气控制系统的自身故障诊断功能，以便第一时间检测出电气系统的故障，总结了几点液压系统的预防维修建议，以综合提高举高类消防车的实战效能和维护保养工作[1]。
