摘要： 随着当今科学技术的不断发展，起重机的发展也越来越倾向于轻量化和小型化。众所周知，变频电机是当今起重机设备中不可或缺的一项配套部件。因此，在紧凑型起重机的应用与发展中，其变频电机的设计也开始备受关注，只有使其变频电机能够有效符合紧凑型起重机的实际应用标准，才可以确保紧凑型起重机的应用效果。基于此，本文就对一种专门应用在紧凑型起重机中的变频电机设计进行研究，以此来为紧凑型起重机的良好应用与发展提供科学参考。

Abstract： With the continuous development of science and technology， the development of cranes is more and more inclined to lightweight and miniaturization. As we all know， frequency conversion motor is an indispensable part of crane equipment. Therefore， in the application and development of the compact crane， the design of the frequency conversion motor has also begun to receive much attention. Only by making the frequency conversion motor can effectively meet the practical application standards of the compact crane， can we ensure the application effect of the compact crane. Based on this， this paper studies the design of a variable frequency motor specially applied in the compact crane， so as to provide a scientific reference for the good application and development of the compact crane.

0  引言

在当今，起重机是物料搬运过程中的一项关键设备，它在社会经济发展中所占据的地位至关重要，在货场搬运、生产车间等的各个领域中，起重机都得到了广泛应用，并在具体应用中发挥出了显著优势。伴随着当今社会节能环保理念的深化，起重机也开始朝着紧凑型的方向发展，而与之配套的变频电机更需要紧随其发展步伐，与其共同实现轻量化、精巧化、美观化和智能化的发展。

1  紧凑型起重机发展概述

随着当今机械设备领域的发展与各项先进技术的革新，起重机也开始在原有基础上实现了更好的发展，就其外形来看，目前的起重机重量更轻，体积更小，外观也更加简洁美观，因其自身高度和体积的缩小，在具体应用中，可实现厂房高度的降低与空间的节约。……
