摘要： 如今，汽车维修技术实力不断提升。作为当代汽修系统软件的关键组成部分，钣金件检测修复流程可以修复因碰撞而损坏的车门和车身，并提供防腐解决方案。文章将结合汽车钣金维修保养的特点，探讨及时学习和培训员工专业技能，狠抓维修设计方案、汽车车门校正、车身电焊焊接等加工工艺改进措施，并提供智能汽修的发展参考建议。

Abstract： Nowadays， the strength of automobile maintenance technology is constantly improving. As a key component of modern auto repair system software， sheet metal parts detection and repair process can repair the door and body damaged by collision， and provide anti-corrosion solutions. Based on the characteristics of automobile sheet metal repair and maintenance， this paper discusses how to learn and train the professional skills of the staff in time， and how to improve the processing technology such as maintenance design scheme， automobile door correction， automobile body electric welding， etc. ， and provides the development of intelligent auto repair reference suggestions.

0  引言

很多人认为修车只是体力活，但随着智能化科研的不断发展，很多电子设备和智能产品逐渐与汽车制造的纵横比相结合，汽车行业也朝着自动化技术发展不断的智能

化[1]。因此，大家对汽车维修的等级也明确提出了新的规定。过去，检修车辆只需要锤子、尖嘴钳、螺丝刀等专用工具，现在这些已经不够用了。

1  汽车钣金维修工艺简介

汽车钣金维修工艺是汽车维修工艺的关键组成部分，关键是车身的大修。如果车身严重损坏，则必须通过钣金件的检修和加工技术进行修复。汽车钣金维修工艺不是对车身进行简单的敲击维修，而是依靠智能汽车维修工具掌握车身尺寸、原材料特性和生产工艺，进而车身在保养计划的具体指导下，对车身进行全方位的维修。

2  汽车钣金维修的主要工艺流程
