摘 要：标准化建设是实现畜禽养殖废弃物资源化利用科学发展的重要途径，是推动其科学发展的重要技术支撑。通过研究当前我国畜禽养殖废弃物资源化利用及标准化建设现状，分析其存在的问题，并据此对今后的工作提出展望，以期为我国畜禽养殖废弃物资源化利用及标准化建设提供参考。

Recycling Utilization and Standardized Construction of Livestock Wastes in China

Abstract： Standardized construction is an important way to realize scientific development of recycling utilization of livestock wastes，and it is an important technical support to promote its scientific development. By studying the current situation of recycling utilization and standardized construction of livestock wastes in China， this paper analyzes its problems， and puts forward prospects for future work according to the problems， in order to provide reference for recycling utilization and standardization construction of livestock waste in China.

近年来，随着农业生产的快速发展，农业面源污染日益严重，特别是畜禽养殖废弃物污染等问题突出，对农民的生活和农村的环境造成了很大影响。数据显示，目前我国每年生产肉蛋奶约1.5亿t，全国每年产生畜禽粪污总量达到近40亿t，畜禽养殖业排放物化学需氧量达到1268万t，占农业源排放总量的96%，是造成农业面源污染的重要原因。作为实现畜禽养殖废弃物资源化利用科学发展的重要途径，畜禽养殖废弃物资源化利用标准化建设工作受到了党中央、国务院的高度重视。2019年国务院发布的《关于促进乡村产业振兴的指导意见》（国发〔2019〕12号）中明确提出：“推进种养循环一体化，支持畜禽粪污资源化利用”“推动种养业向规模化、标准化、品牌化和绿色化方向发展”。

1 我国畜禽养殖废弃物资源化利用现状及存在的问题
