【摘    要】当前幼儿園融合教育中存在着许多问题。为了解决这些问题，幼儿园要采取有针对性的教育措施，促进融合教育的顺利开展。本文将从请专业人员入园教学并提高教师专业能力，合理利用现有资源为幼儿创设健康环境，增加亲子游戏时间促进家长教育能力发展出发，探究普通幼儿园开展融合教育的有效措施。

Effective Measures for General Kindergartens to Carry out Integrated Education

【Abstract】There are many problems in the current integrated education in kindergartens. In order to solve these problems， kindergartens should adopt targeted education measures to promote the smooth development of inclusive education. This article will start from inviting professionals to teach in kindergartens and improve teachers' professional ability， rationally use existing resources to create a healthy environment for children， increase parent-child play time to promote the development of parent education ability，  explore effective measures for ordinary kindergartens to carry out integrated education.

社会发展，时代进步，人们开始注重幼儿教育。由此，幼儿园也普遍采用融合教育的方式平衡特殊幼儿与普通幼儿之间的关系。为了促进融合教育工作的高效实施，幼儿园与教师要使用有效的措施，利用专业人员、社会资源以及家长资源，用合理的方式开展融合教育，提高特殊幼儿的学习效果。

一、请专业人员入园教学并提高教师专业能力

当前普通幼儿园开展融合教育遇到的阻碍有：教师相关专业能力不高，针对特殊儿童的教育方式不够科学合理，无法起到治疗幼儿，使特殊儿童融入正常生活的效果。因此，在当前的幼儿园教育环境下，幼儿园有两种方式提高教师的融合教育水平，一是出资培训教师，二是请专业人员入园进行现场培训与教学。

特殊幼儿的具体生活情况与学习情况并不相同，教师在采取融合教育时要注意儿童的表现，根据他们当时表现的情况合理地安排教学。除此之外，在融合教育中，教师也要时刻观察普通幼儿的心理状况，适当地引导幼儿间的情感沟通与游戏互动。……
