【摘    要】在新课程标准贯彻落实的背景下，初中语文教学提出了更高的要求。语文教学要求教师不仅要具备深厚的文学素养，还要不断优化和完善教学方式。因此，本文以人物描写的读写迁移为主题，首先对人物描写的读写迁移进行简单概述，其次分析人物描写的读写迁移的作用，最后对人物描写的读写迁移教学方式进行探讨，以期能为提高初中语文教学质量提供参考。

A Study on the Reading and Writing Transfer Teaching of Chinese Character Description in Junior High School

【Abstract】In the context of the implementation of the new curriculum standards， junior high school language teaching has put forward higher requirements. Chinese teaching requires teachers not only to possess profound literary literacy， but also to continuously optimize and perfect teaching methods. Therefore， this article takes the literacy transfer of character description as the theme. First， it briefly summarizes the literacy transfer of character description， then analyzes the role of character description's literacy transfer， and finally discusses the teaching method of literacy transfer of character description. It can provide reference for improving the quality of junior high school Chinese teaching.

初中语文教学内容包含的人物描写是重点内容之一，而学生在写作过程中人物描写平淡无奇，没有鲜明的形象特点。由于学生对人物描写缺乏明确清晰的认识，他们写出的文章中人物类型基本上都是同种性格的人物形象，这就需要教师重视人物描写的教学。一方面，教师要结合教学大纲选择相应的教学内容，另一方面教师要引导学生进行人物描写的学习与鉴赏，从而不断提高学生对人物描写技巧的学习能力，使学生对人物描写有更加清晰、全面的认识、理解，为提高学生的语文综合素养奠定扎实的基础。

一、人物描写的读写迁移概述

在学习初中语文知识时，阅读与写作息息相关。阅读能为写作积累丰富的素材，而写作是为了输出自身所感，对培养学生的语文综合文化素养具有积极的促进作用。而在初中语文教材中人物描写的读写迁移，主要是引导学生在阅读中将所学的关于人物描写的知识，应用到日常的学习与写作中。……
