【摘    要】初中语文的教学处在一个十分关键的阶段，是一种衔接式的过渡期。教师在教学过程中要多方面探讨教学模式，注重学生的基础教学和训练，提高学生的文化素质和审美情操，运用多元化的教学方式和手段调动学生的积极性。笔者结合多年的教学经验，对初中语文多元化的教学方法进行分析和研究，为初中语文教学尽自己一份力量。

【Abstract】The teaching of Chinese in junior high schools is at a very critical stage， a transitional period of cohesion. In the teaching process， teachers should explore teaching models in many aspects， pay attention to students' basic teaching and training， improve students' cultural quality and aesthetic sentiment， and use diversified teaching methods to mobilize students' enthusiasm. Combining years of teaching experience， the author analyzes and researches the diversified teaching methods of junior high school Chinese， and contributes to junior high school Chinese teaching.

初中语文的学习和教学处在一个衔接、过渡的阶段，在教学手段和模式，学习方法和教学目标上与小学及高中有一定区别。初中语文的教学和学习在内容上更加丰富，在教学方面更有层次感和内涵。在这样的情况下，传统的教学模式已经不能适应学生和教师的需求，降低了教师的教学效率，导致学生的学习效果也不是很好。在新时代新形势下，一线教师需要转变自己的思维模式，积极探索和运用多元化的教学方法提高教学效果，提高初中学生的语文综合素养。
