【摘    要】在幼儿教育中，幼儿园应该做好与家庭的密切合作，做到实时的信息交互，共同为幼儿的发展创造良好的环境，为幼儿的教育作出贡献。以幼儿园的视角来看，要做到家园合作，主要从幼儿园本身功能、家长的思想教育、家长和幼儿园合作的协调等方面建设一个完善的、有效的家园合作体系。

Research on Cooperation Between Homes and Kindergartens to Do a Good Job in Preschool Education

【Abstract】In early childhood education， kindergartens should do a good job of close cooperation with families， achieve real-time information interaction， and jointly create a good environment for the development of children and make contributions to the education of children. From the perspective of a kindergarten， to achieve home-kindergarten cooperation， it mainly build a complete and effective home-kindergarten cooperation system from the aspects of the kindergarten's own functions， parents' ideological education， and the cooperation between parents and kindergartens.

一、利用幼儿园本身功能让家长参与班级管理

要做到家园合作，利用幼儿园本身的职能让家长加入幼儿的管理是最为方便、最为直接的一个方法。在工作中，幼儿园要坚持每个月召开家长会，在家长会上向家长公布本月的教育状况，和各个家长讨论有关幼儿教育方面的问题，征求家长对教育工作的建议。家长会是家长和教师接触最为频繁的活动，是家长亲自参与幼儿教育规划的一次重要活动，它关系到家园合作能否有效地实施。为此，幼儿园在平时的教育上要关注细节，收集平时幼儿教育上的细节，加以总结归纳，在家长会上抛出围绕幼儿园平时幼儿教育的话题，让家长讨论、评价幼儿园的教学计划和教学方法，并且增加让家长发表意见的环节，以便幼儿园收集家长的反馈并及时加以改进，在家长会主体部分结束后，可以增设让家长上台分享有关在家庭育儿经验的环节，充分发挥家长的教育能力，增加家长会的趣味性，让家长会真正成为家庭和幼儿园沟通的桥梁。……
