【摘    要】我国的基础教学改革在不断推进，在教师专业成长的重要因素中，“教师成为研究者”这一因素越来越受到关注。在这个背景下，校本教研应运而生。校本教研与以往的研究有一定的不同，即其本身具有较强的应用性。而随着网络技术的不断发展，其发展有了新的依托平台。本文对网络环境下校本教研的相关理论展开分析，并提出了网络环境下中小学校本教研的实践对策。

【Abstract】My country's basic teaching reform is constantly advancing. Among the important factors for teachers' professional growth， the factor of "teacher becoming a researcher" has attracted more and more attention. In this context， school-based teaching and research came into being. School-based teaching and research is somewhat different from previous research， that is， it has strong applicability. And with the continuous development of network technology， there is a new platform for its development. This article analyzes the relevant theories of school-based teaching and research under the network environment， and proposes practical countermeasures for school-based teaching and research under the network environment.

一、網络环境下校本教研的理论分析

校本教研主要是以学生的发展和教育者的综合发展为宗旨，为教育者群体打造一个有利于学习的氛围。在一个共同的平台上，广大教育者可以相互交流，在这里，教师成为知识的创造者、传播者，能够促进广大教师实现自己的教育理想。而在创造知识和构建知识体系的过程中，广大教育者能够进一步体会到作为一个教育工作者的职责所在，从而提高对自我的要求。并且在这个共同学习的氛围下，教师能够更加客观地看待自己的工作状态，并能学习别人的优秀工作方法，不断进行自我反思，在与自我对话的过程中，可以批判性地审视自己的教育观念，并发现教学过程中的问题，进而做出合理的整理、判断和取舍，积极转变自己的教育观念，让自己的教学能力得到不断提升。而计算机与网络的问世，为人们的生活和学习带来了巨大的便利，作为科技进步的重要标志之一，计算机和通信系统的有效结合，让人们能够更加自由地获取知识，并且由于网络空间的无限性，包含了丰富的文化内涵，为人们的思维发展提供了更多的有利条件。……
