【摘    要】班会是班主任为了管理学生、传递教育理念或者实施品格教育的班级集会，并不属于常规课程，但是基本每周都要进行一次，以便师生双方共通信息、共享资源，进而顺利实施思想品德教育，有效保护学生的身心健康。因此，小学班主任要客观分析班会课的几种组织模式，并根据实际教育需求选择不同形式组织班会活动，为发展学生的核心素养做准备。本文将综合介绍班会课的实施模式，进而再介绍班主任在组织班会课时的选择依据与实施方法。

Types of Modes and Selection Strategies of Class Meetings in Primary Schools

【Abstract】 A class meeting is a class meeting for the head teacher to manage students， convey educational ideas， or implement character education. It is not a regular course， but it is basically held once a week so that both teachers and students can share information and share resources， and then smoothly implement ideological and moral education， and effectively protect the physical and mental health of students. Therefore， the primary school head teacher should objectively analyze the several organizational models of class meetings， and choose different forms to organize class meetings according to actual educational needs， in order to prepare for the development of students' core literacy. This article will comprehensively introduce the implementation mode of class meetings， and then introduce the basis and implementation methods of the class teacher in organizing class meetings.

小学作为启蒙教育平台，不仅要通过文化课教育活动拓展学生的文化知识，还要将德育看成学校立校之本，始终关注学生的品格发展、心理健康，而班会则是班主任为了实现这些育人目标所开设的主题活动。那么，具体而言，常见的班会模式有哪些呢？

一、班会课的常见模式

一般情况下，班会课可以分成三类，即固定班会、临时班会与主题班会。固定班会就是按照固定的课程安排所开设的班会课，而临时班会则是因为一些突发状况临时开设的班会课。在组织固定班会、临时班会时，小学班主任既可设计明确的班会主题，也可随机组织班会活动，这也是主题班会最大的不同。

通常情况下，主题班会是在特定阶段，围绕某个思想教育主题所开设的班会活动，最主要的功能便是德育，需始终围绕学生的品德发育、心理健康展开。……
