【摘    要】网络技术的不断发展和进步，给青少年的学习和生活带来了一定的积极影响，但是网络具有两面性，也给青少年造成了一些不良的影响，很多青少年在接触网络之后往往会产生网瘾，这就严重影响了青少年的学习及生活，不利于青少年的成长与进步。总的来说，要防止青少年产生网瘾就需要做好早期教育，要在青少年接触网络的过程中做好引导，让他们能够学会克服网瘾，帮助他们塑造正确的价值观。本文就针对这一话题展开讨论。

【Abstract】The continuous development and progress of the Internet has brought a certain positive impact on the learning and life of young people. However， the Internet has two sides. At the same time， it has also caused some negative effects on young people. Internet addiction often occurs， which seriously affects the study and life of young people and is not conducive to the development and progress of young people. In general， to prevent young people from developing Internet addiction， it is necessary to do a good job in early education， to guide young people in the process of contacting the Internet， to help them learn to resist Internet addiction so that they can shape the correct values. This article will discuss this topic.

信息技術的不断发展让人们进入了网络信息化时代，青少年也或多或少地受到了网络的影响。从当前的社会调查中也能够看出，网络游戏是很多青少年喜欢的事物。青少年网络上瘾的案例也比比皆是。因此，防治青少年网瘾问题就显得尤为重要。而要做好防治工作就需要从早期教育入手，防患于未然，降低网络的负面影响。

一、青少年沉迷网络游戏的主要原因

（一）网络环境的吸引力

当前，青少年产生网瘾、沉迷网络游戏的成因，与他们当前的心理发展特点有着重要的联系。当前网络游戏独特的奖励机制会让青少年产生一定的成就感和成瘾性。他们在虚拟的世界找到了一定的乐趣。同时，很多网络游戏具有暴力和色情的倾向，这对于青少年来说是一种不良导向。由于青少年的心理发展状态还不够成熟，他们对周围的事物表现出强烈的好奇，又处在人生观价值观塑造的关键时期，非常容易受到外界环境的影响。……
