【摘  要】随着初中英语教学改革迈入新时代，有效教学成了重要研究对象。教师在课堂中不仅要关注教学资源的丰富性，也要时刻观察学生的学习状态，立足学生的“最近发展区”创设有效的情境，提出问题，借助现代信息技术打造多元化的教学场景，从而激发学生的英语学习兴趣。在英语练习中，也要达到理论与实践的平衡，使学生既能够在考试中获得优异的成绩，也能够在日常生活中流利地使用英语进行交际。总之，提高初中英语课堂教学的有效性是初中英语教师的探究方向，也是奠定学生良好英语基础的重要途径。

Research on Improving Effective Teaching in Junior High School English Class

【Abstract】As the reform of junior high school English teaching enters a new era， effective teaching has become an important research object. In the classroom， teachers should not only pay attention to the richness of teaching resources， but also always observe the students learning status， create effective situations based on the students "recent development zone"， ask questions， and create diversified teaching scenarios with the help of modern information technology. Stimulate students' interest in English learning. In English practice， it is necessary to achieve a balance between theory and practice， so that students can not only obtain friendship scores in exams， but also communicate fluently in English in daily life. In short， improving the effectiveness of junior high school English classroom teaching is the direction of exploration for junior high school English teachers， and it is also an important way to lay a good foundation for students in English.

一、备课充分，奠定有效性基础

在进行备课时，教师可以根据本班学生的实际特征，对初中英语教材内容进行调整，然后依照教学大纲拟定教学目标，确定适宜的教学方式，并将教学方式与教学内容进行有效的融合，让学生能够在此方式下增强自身对英语知识的吸收能力。在下一节课上课前，教师可以适当地设计随堂练习，巩固学生的学习成果。

例如，教师在备课“This is my sister.”时，首先确定教学目标：掌握英语表达家庭成员能力，运用句型“This is.../That is.../These are.../Those are...”对话，并在對话练习中提高自身交际能力。在此基础上，教师根据教材中的内容确定了情境教学与对话教学两种方式，让学生能够根据教师创设的情境进行对话交流。如教师在备课时准备了学生熟悉的动画人物“光头强”，并让其开口讲话，向大家介绍自己的家人，最后“光头强”问学生：“Do you have a sister？……
