摘  要：生态环境监测机构作为政府生态环境主管部门的“耳目”，以“说清污染源状况、说清环境质量现状及其变化趋势、说清潜在的环境风险”为己任，在生态环境保护工作中发挥了重要作用。该文以环境监测实验室为切入点，对环境监测实验室管理和质量控制要点进行论述，以期能够推动提升环境监测实验室的工作效率和工作质量，并为相关工作人员提供参考。

Analysis on Key Points of Environmental Monitoring laboratory Management and Quality Control

Abstract： As the "eyes and ears" of the competent department of ecological environment of the government， the ecological environment monitoring organization takes "clarifying the status of pollution sources， the current situation and change trend of environmental quality， and the potential environmental risks" as its own responsibility， and has played an important role in the work of ecological environment protection. Taking the environmental monitoring laboratory as the starting point， this paper discusses the key points of environmental monitoring laboratory management and quality control， expecting to promote the work efficiency and quality of environmental monitoring laboratory， and provide reference for relevant staff.

环境监测就是借助于环境检测实验室，对环境质量现状及污染源状况进行准确分析，结合实际情况为接下来的环境治理和管理工作提供数据基础。因此，应当加大对环境监测实验室管理和质量控制的重视程度，通过优化管理方案，制定针对性监测质量控制对策，不断提升环境监测数据准确性和可靠性。由此可见，在环境监测实验室的运行过程中，首先应当明确环境监测实验室管理和质量控制要求，加强采样、分析等监督管理，确保每一环节规范运作。

1  环境监测实验室管理与质量控制的重要性

通常情况下，环境监测实验室可以理解为用来环境监测的一种工具，环境监测实验室的管理和质量控制的重要性主要表现在以下几方面：首先，通过环境监测实验室的管理和质量控制能够确保环境监测工作的有序进行，实验室作为环境监测的场所以及重要组成部分，其管理体系和质量控制体系是否完善一定程度上决定着环境监测水平和实验室管理能力的提升。……
