摘  要：在电力工程配网建设的过程中，因为建设点涉及的范围广，而且数量很多，从而给实际的配网建设管理工作增加了难度。因此，在各个配網建设的管理工作中，比如施工人员、施工材料等环节，都必须实施全过程管理。在配网建设工作中进行全过程管理，能够有效地提高配网工程的施工水平，提高供电的稳定性，有利于提供丰富的电力资源，从而促进社会发展，改善人们的生活水平。

Discussion on the Whole Process Management of Power Engineering Distribution Network Construction

Abstract： In the process of power engineering distribution network construction， because the construction points involve a wide range and a large number， so it increases the difficulty of the actual distribution network construction management. Therefore， in the management of each distribution network construction， such as construction personnel， construction materials and other links， the whole process management must be implemented. The whole process management in distribution network construction can effectively improve the construction level of distribution network engineering， improve the stability of power supply， and provide rich power resources， so as to promote social development and improve people's aliving standards.

随着社会的不断发展，人民生活水平日益提高，对电力供应的需求也在不断地与时俱进。因此，为了更好地满足社会群众的用电需求，为社会发展提供更加坚强的保障，成为国家进步的一个强有力支撑，我国电力基础设备在不断完善，电力工程配网建设项目也在逐渐增加。与此同时，为了进一步提高配网建设项目的质量，在电力工程施工的过程中还需要采用全过程的管理方式。开展全过程管理最核心的地方在于进行全面管控，包括从配网建设到具体施工方面的各个环节。只有落实每项管理工作，注重工作过程中的每个细节，才能够提高施工质量，建设安全可靠的电力工程。同时，电力工程配网建设的工作繁琐庞杂，只有进行全过程管理，才能有效地保障配网建设工作的顺利完成。因此，这对电力工程配网建设的管理人员有着较高的要求，必须严格管控工作的各个环节，需要不断地提高自身的管理水平，这样才能更好地从事全过程管理工程，达到最终的管理目的。……
