摘  要：区块链技术是一种新型的生产关系，是一个去中心化的分布式账本。基于山东省区块链技术专利现状，开展专利态势及产业融合研究。对山东省区块链技术的相关专利进行检索和清洗，采用定性与定量分析相结合的方式对筛选出的专利资料进行描述性统计分析。从企业区块链、数字货币、区块链+数字金融、区块链+政务+基础建设、区块链+其他行业5个方面提出山东省区块链技术与产业融合的发展方向。

Research on Patent Situation and Industry Convergence of Blockchain Technology in Shandong Province

Abstract：Blockchain technology is a new type of production relationship and a decentralized distributed ledger. Based on the current status of blockchain technology patents in Shandong Province，carry out patent situation and industry convergence research. Search and clean the related patents of blockchain technology in Shandong Province，and use the combination way of qualitative and quantitative analysis to perform descriptive statistical analysis on the selected patent information. The development direction of Shandong Provinces blockchain technology and industry convergence is proposed from five aspects：enterprise blockchain，digital currency，blockchain + digital finance，blockchain + government affairs + infrastructure，and blockchain + other industries.

近年來，区块链呈现出爆炸性增长的趋势，其应用范围已不仅仅局限于数字金融、智能制造、数字资产交易、供应链管理、房地产、法律、物联网、智慧城市等领域，最近有研究人员提出将区块链技术与医疗卫生相结合，将区块链技术应用于传染病预警系统、药品防伪溯源等领域。区块链是一种新型技术，而专利信息是新型技术的关键体现。从专利信息的角度分析区块链技术的产生、发展及竞争态势，探究现有区块链技术的研究现状、投资现状，对区块链技术的发展具有重要的指导意义。

目前国内虽已有区块链专利分析的文献报道，但尚未有专门研究区块链技术专利分析的文献。以山东省为例，通过调查分析、对比研究、文献分析法、文献计量学等研究方法，探索山东省区块链技术的发展态势，结果表明其具有创新性;从理论和实证两个维度探究山东省区块链技术的专利发展态势，结果表明其具有开拓性;研究结果可应用于规划制定、企业研发、学术研究等领域，在应用范围上具有普适性。……
