摘 要：当前，环境问题越来越凸显，为了改善能源紧缺的问题，国家对新能源领域进行大力发展，其中就包括新能源汽车技术。新型技术的出现，也意味着新型人才的需求。在如今国家提出职业教育改革的背景下，为了满足新能源汽车行业的发展需求，提高人才竞争力，我们不仅要对课程体系实施改革，还要构建包括提高师资水平和校企合作机制在内的人才培养模式。因此，本文首先提出了需要探究的主要内容，之后结合现状，针对性的制定出科学的延伸与创新路径。实践证明，通过鼓励教师的主动性、改革实践教学、提高学生的实践能力等方面来提高人才的素质是可行的。同時新型技术的出现，也意味着新型人才的需求。此时就需要在校企合作的基础上，对专业教学模式进行有效的创新。

Exploration of School-enterprise Cooperation Ideas of New Energy Automobile Technology Specialty under the Background of Vocational Education Reform

Abstract：At present， environmental problems are becoming more and more prominent. To improve the problem of energy shortage， China has made vigorous development in the field of new energy， including new energy vehicle technology. The emergence of new technologies also means the demand for new talents. Under the background that the country proposes vocational education reform， to meet the development needs of the new energy automobile industry， we not only need to improve the competitiveness of talents， implement reforms in the curriculum system， but also build a mechanism that includes improving the level of teachers and school-enterprise cooperation Talent training model. Therefore， this article first puts forward the main content that needs to be explored， and then combines the status quo to formulate a targeted scientific extension and innovation path. Practice has proved that it is feasible to improve the quality of talents by encouraging teachers' initiative， reforming practical teaching， and improving students' practical ability.

1 引言

近年来，随着新能源汽车市场蓬勃发展，新能源汽车相关专业的人才需求水涨船高也在急速上升[1-3]。而汽车结构和控制设备的变化，对汽车服务所需的高级技术人员也提出了新的要求。同时随着汽车的大量出现，也给汽车服务企业带来了巨大的发展空间。中国汽车工业已经进入新能源汽车、互联网汽车崛起的新时期。另一方面，当前许多职业院校校只注重学生理论知识的传授，往往忽视了学生实践技能的培养，导致学校培养的汽车服务专业人才能力较差，最终与企业需求存在差距[4，5]。……
