摘要： 目的 了解某电子厂倒班工人职业健康状况，为该人群的职业健康促进工作提供参考。方法 收集某电子厂2019年参加在岗期间职业健康检查的306名倒班工人和85名常白班工人的体检资料，并对体检结果进行统计分析。结果 倒班组工人血尿酸、腹部B超和尿常规异常检出率高于常白班工人（P<0.05）;男性倒班工人血尿酸、肝功能和血压异常检出率高于女性（P<0.05），女性倒班工人尿常规异常检出率高于男性（P<0.05）;倒班组工人血尿酸和尿常规异常检出率随着年龄的增加而增加（P<0.05）;倒班年限≥5a组工人血尿酸、腹部B超和尿常规异常检出率高于倒班年限<5a组（P<0.05）。结论 倒班作业对该电子厂工人健康有不良影响。该电子厂应重视倒班工人存在的健康问题，针对性的采取健康干预措施，改善倒班工人健康状况。

Abstract  Objective To understand the health status of shift workers in an electronic factory， and to provide reference for the occupational health promotion among these people. Methods The occupational health examination data in 2019 of 306 shift workers and 85 day shift workers in an electronic factory were analyzed. Results Shift workers with significant higher abnormity rate of serum uric acid， abdominal b-ultrasound and urine routine compared with day shift workers（P<0.05）. Male shift workers with abnormity rate of serum uric acid， liver function and blood pressure were significant higher than female shift workers， and female shift workers with urine routine were significant higher than male shift workers（P<0.05）.The abnormal rate of serum uric acid and urine routine increased with the age（P<0.05）. The abnormal rate of serum uric acid， abdominal b-ultrasound and urine routine in the duration of 5-year or larger were significant higher than that of the duration less than 5-year group（P<0.05）.Conclusion Shift work had adverse effects on the health of workers in the electronic factory. The electronic factory should pay attention to the health problems of shift workers， and take corresponding health intervention to improve the health status of shift workers.
