摘 要：乡土文化凝聚着整個村落的历史积淀。随着现代经济高速发展，乡土文化资源日益消逝。该文从乡土文化视角研究了浦江嵩溪村乡村旅游发展的现状，运用SWOT分析法分析嵩溪村乡村旅游发展中面临的优势、劣势以及发展的机遇与挑战，并针对分析结果提出乡土文化助力乡村旅游发展的对策与建议。

Research on the Development Status of Rural Tourism from the Perspective of Local Culture

——Taking Songxi Village of Pujiang River as an Example

Abstract： Local culture embodies the historical accumulation of the whole village. With the rapid development of modern economy， local cultural resources are disappearing day by day. From the perspective of local culture， this paper studies the current situation of rural tourism development in Songxi Village of Pujiang River， analyzes the advantages， disadvantages， opportunities and challenges in the development of rural tourism in Songxi Village by SWOT analysis method， and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for rural culture to help the development of rural tourism according to the analysis results.

习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中首次提出乡村振兴战略，把乡村振兴作为当下重点工作。《关于实施乡村振兴战略的意见》《乡村振兴战略规划（2018—2022年）》相继发布，明确要求：“发展壮大乡村产业，推动农村产业深度融合，繁荣发展乡村文化，发展乡村特色文化产业，丰富乡村文化生活，健全公共文化服务体系”[1]。乡土文化与乡村旅游融合发展的趋势不断加强，乡村旅游迎来了发展的黄金阶段。

乡村是人类赖以生存的居住场所，蕴藏着人类在历史长河中创造发明和传承的文化遗产，各地区因自然条件、地理位置等因素的不同，形成了具有当地特色的乡土文化。随着乡村旅游的日渐盛行，乡村传统文化、乡村公共产品及服务也面临着挑战。乡土文化是乡村旅游健康持久发展的深度的内部潜在动力，乡土文化与乡村旅游融合发展是时代的大势所趋。

1 乡土文化与乡村旅游

1.1 乡土文化内涵 乡土文化是指在村落一定的范围内，当地的居民在长期的劳动实践过程中形成的体现乡村精神信仰、行为习惯、交往方式的一种带有鲜明的地方性特色的传统文化形态，主要构成元素有风俗、礼仪、饮食、服饰、建筑等[2]。……
