【摘    要】教育工作是学校、家庭与社会的共同责任，无论是针对学生开展知识类教育、技能类教育或是综合素养类教育，均需要学校、家庭与社会的共同协作。家庭教育中，家长便是学生的主要引导者，更是学生重要的引导“教师”。在现代民族地区小学教育工作中，家庭教育是相关部门比较重视的问题。本文将通过强调家庭教育与学校教育的一致性、组织开展实践类家庭活动、强化家长核心素养教育观念、引导家长参与学习家庭教育讲座四个探究方向，对民族地区小学中年级家庭教育与家长文化素养进行分析。

Relevant Exploration of Family Education in Primary School Middle School and Parents' Cultural Literacy

——Take Ethnic Regions as an Example

【Abstract】Education is the joint responsibility of school， family and society. Whether it is for students to carry out knowledge education， skill education or comprehensive literacy education， it requires the cooperation of school， family and society. In family education， parents are the main guides for students， and more importantly， the "teachers" for students. In the work of primary education in modern ethnic areas， family education is an issue that relevant departments pay more attention to. This article will focus on the four research directions of family education and parent culture of middle-grade primary schools in ethnic minority areas by emphasizing the consistency of family education and school education， organizing practical family activities， strengthening parents core literacy education concepts， and guiding parents to participate in family education lectures. Literacy is analyzed.

一、強调家庭教育与学校教育的一致性

家庭教育与学校教育的一致性是极为重要的。在民族地区小学教学工作中，由于家庭背景环境与家长的文化素养等多方面原因，导致教育工作主要由学校教育承担，这种单方面教育并不科学不利于发展学生综合素质能力。为了强化小学生综合素质水平，学校教育与家庭教育一定要以一致的方向进行开展，以相互影响、相互制约的状态发展学生的综合素养，从而达到事半功倍的教育效果。保持家庭教育与学校教育一致性的主要工作责任在于班主任，在民族地区小学中年级教育过程中，班主任要加强与家长之间的沟通和交流，强调家庭教育的重要性，通过组织开展班级会议等方式加强与家长之间的互动，从而引导家长与学校教育方向一致。……
