【摘    要】随着社会的经济不断发展与进步，教育机制也随之不断改变，多数农村父母为子女能有良好的教育环境而选择将子女送往附近城镇学校或带子女一起外出，使当前教育模式日渐趋于城镇化，导致农村多数小学呈现出自然萎缩现象，在学校招生过程中，一个班级小于20人的现象屡见不鲜。此类现象给农村教师带来了一定程度的挑战，教师需针对小班额现象对自身教育模式及方法进行改变。本文针对当前农村学校小班额的基本现状及具体教学策略进行详细分析。

Analysis of Teaching Strategies in Small Classes in Rural Areas

【Abstract】 With the continuous development and progress of the societys economy， the educational mechanism has also continued to change. Most rural parents choose to send their children to schools in nearby towns or take their children out for their children to have a good educational environment. This has made the current education model increasingly trending. Due to urbanization， most primary schools in rural areas have shown a natural shrinking phenomenon. It is not uncommon for a class to have less than 20 students in the process of school enrollment. Such phenomena have brought challenges to rural teachers to a certain extent， and teachers need to change their own educational models and methods in response to the phenomenon of small classes. This article makes a detailed analysis of the current basic situation and specific teaching strategies of small classes in rural schools.

目前，农村小学教育在当代社会影响下呈现出学生较少的现象，此类现象给教师的教育模式带来了挑战的同时，也为教育改革带来很大机遇，教师可针对农村小班额的现状，深入开展学生的素质教育，积极培养学生个性、创新和实践方面的能力，与大容量班级相比，小班额有很大的优越性，教师可有效实施因材施教。

一、当前农村小班额的基本现状

改革开放以来，伴随着农村子女随父母进城就学等趋势影响，农村小学近年来呈现出学生数量大幅度减少的现象，个别村镇小学班级人数甚至低于10人。针对此类现象，教师应改变现有教学理念以及教学模式，思考如何使学生在学习过程中发挥小班额的优势，提高学在授课过程中的针对性以及有效性，进而增加教育质量，保证农村小学教育的稳定发展。……
