摘  要：职业价值观是人们在评价和选择职业时，最看重的原则、标准和品质。青年大学生处于人生的“拔节孕穗期”，也是知识体系搭建、价值观塑造、情感心理发展的关键时期，《大学生创业与就业指导》课程不仅要传授大学生择业知识与技巧，提升学生的创业就业能力，也要通过挖掘教学素材、优化教学方法、探索评价策略等方式，将职业价值观渗透于课程教学中，引导大学生把自身发展要求和社会发展需求相结合，敢于就业、勇于创业、善于职业、成于事业、乐于生涯。

On the Penetration of Professional Values in the Course of Entrepreneurship and Employment Guidance for college students

Abstract： Professional values are the most important principles， standards and qualities when people evaluate and choose a career. Young college students are in the "jointing and booting stage" of life， which is also a key period for the construction of knowledge system， the shaping of values and the development of emotional psychology. The course of entrepreneurship and employment guidance for college students should not only teach college students job selection knowledge and skills and improve their entrepreneurship and employment ability， but also explore teaching materials， optimize teaching methods and explore evaluation strategies， infiltrate professional values into curriculum teaching， guide college students to combine their own development requirements with the needs of social development， dare to get employed， dare to start a business， be good at career， become a career and be happy with career.

就業教育作为一项系统工程，是高校人才培养和课程教学的重要内容，目的是促使大学生在教育中获得发展自身、奉献社会、造福人民的能力。这既体现了“教育第一”，教育具有为人生奠基的重大意义，也表现了满足人成人需求和就业谋生需求的教育，即“成人之教”和“成业之教”，才是人民满意的教育。大学生职业生涯规划和创业就业能力是检验和衡量高校人才培养质量的重要标准之一，《大学生创业与就业指导》课程不仅要传授大学生择业知识与技巧，帮助其收获满意的工作机会，也要注重职业价值观教育，辅导高校毕业生学会提前研判社会需求，合理明确自身定位，敢于就业、勇于创业、善于职业、成于事业、乐于生涯。

1  开展职业价值观教育

大学期间是专业知识学习和职业规划的关键时期，未来职业的规划一般包括创业和就业两个方向，创业就业指导与学生成长成才有着重要的联系。……
