摘  要：目的：探讨社会支持、心理压力、认知重评三者之间的关系。方法：采用领悟社会支持量表、抑郁-焦虑-压力量表简体中文版和情绪调节量表对832名医学生进行施测，用LMS法进行有调节的中介效应检验。结果：（1）社会支持显著负向预测心理压力。（2）认知重评在社会支持和心理压力间起中介作用。（3）认知重评的中介作用受性别的调节。结论：本研究对医学生的个体发展具有一定的理论和实践意义，补充了社会支持对医学生心理压力的影响中认知重评的中介作用。

Abstract： Objective： To explore the relationship between social support， cognitive reassessment， and psychological pressure. Methods： The Perceived Social Support Scale， Emotion Regulation Questionnaire and Depression-Anxiety-Stress Scale were used to test 832 medical students， and the LMS method was used to test the mediating effect. Results： （1） Social support significantly negatively predicts psychological stress. （2） Cognitive reappraisal plays a mediating role between social support and psychological stress. （3） The mediating effect of cognitive reappraisal is regulated by gender. Conclusion： This research has certain theoretical and practical significance for the individual development of medical students， and supplements the mediating role of cognitive reassessment in the influence of social support on the psychological pressure of medical students.

隨着中国医学的发展，我国医学生的压力越来越大，长期较大的心理压力不利于医学生身心健康的发展。社会支持是指个体感觉到被社会照顾、支持的情感体验，对于预测个体的心理健康有着积极的影响。 认知重评作为个体最常用的调节策略之一，与社会支持程度息息相关[1]。有研究发现，个体较多的采用认知重评会增加其正性情绪体验，表明此种情绪调节策略对心理压力有作用[2]。在日常生活中，男性和女性主观感受到社会支持程度不同，所以其程度和情绪调节策略的选择也会受到性别的影响[3]。本研究旨在检验认知重评在社会支持与心理压力之间的中介机制，以及性别是否调节了这一效应，为降低医学生心理压力提供一定的思路。

1  调查对象与研究工具

1.1 调查对象

本文采用便利抽样法，以黑龙江省佳木斯市医学生为研究对象，发放问卷900份，回收有效问卷832份，有效率为92.44%。……
