摘要：前几年爆发的禽流感和猪瘟等动物疫病对畜牧养殖业的发展带来极大的影响。之后，国家加大对动物疫病防控工作的重视，在卫生监督中将动物检验检疫工作作为重点内容，借助检验检疫工作把控好食品安全的重要一关。该文主要论述动物卫生监督中检验检疫的重要性及存在的问题，并提出做好动物检验检疫工作的措施。

Importance and Measures of Inspection and Quarantine in Animal Health Supervision

Abstract：The outbreaks of avian influenza and swine fever in the past few years have greatly affected the development of animal husbandry. After that，the state paid more attention to the prevention and control of animal diseases，and took animal inspection and Quarantine as the key content in health supervision. This paper mainly discusses the importance and problems of inspection and Quarantine in animal health supervision，and puts forward the measures to do well the work of animal inspection and Quarantine.

检验检疫是动物卫生监督工作中的重点内容，是保障肉制品安全的重要手段。现阶段畜牧养殖发展规模逐渐扩大，已经由原本的分散发展转变为规模化发展，动物养殖密度明显提升，为动物检疫检验工作带来较大的难度。检验检疫工作的重点为及时洞悉各类动物疫病，使相关疫病防疫部门及时采取措施，谨防动物疫病大范围扩散，降低动物疫病对肉制品安全的影响。因此，在动物卫生监督中做好检验检疫工作尤为重要，应发现检验检疫中存在的问题，找到改进措施。

1动物卫生监督中做好检验检疫工作的重要性

从作用层面分析，检验检疫工作可起到保障动物肉制品健康安全的作用;从发展层面分析，检验检疫工作可有效推動畜牧养殖业的长期稳定发展;从卫生监督层面分析，检验检疫工作能强化卫生监督工作的职能，提高卫生监督水平，对其重要性的研究也可从以上3个角度开展。
