摘要：近年畜牧养殖业发展迅速，为了提高产量，大量的铜锌等微量元素被添加进动物的饲料中，这种方式虽然可以加快动物生长的速度，但是也会一定程度上对环境造成污染。该文主要阐述铜、锌元素在畜牧养殖中的应用以及使用这些元素对动物、环境的危害，并据此提出一些对这些元素的使用建议，希望能够为畜牧业养殖户提供一定的帮助和参考，促进国家畜牧业的发展。

Abstract：In recent years，the animal husbandry and breeding industry has developed rapidly，in order to increase production，large amounts of copper，zinc and other micronutrient are added to animal feed in a way that speeds up animal growth but also has some impact on human health，in addition，these trace elements will also cause serious environmental pollution. This paper mainly expounds the application of copper and zinc in animal husbandry and the harm of using these elements to animals，human beings and the environment，and puts forward some suggestions on the use of these elements，hope to be able to provide certain help and reference for livestock farmers，and promote the development of national animal husbandry.

0引言

在動物养殖过程中，饲料添加剂的使用是保证饲料的营养水平、高效性的重要措施，使用一定的添加剂可帮助动物快速健康成长。在众多添加剂中，铜锌2种元素是重要的成分，同时也是动物生长必需的微量元素。研究表明，铜锌元素的使用可以显著提高家畜的产量。近年，2种元素在饲料中的使用更加广泛，但是不合理的使用，不仅不能提高生产性能，甚至会影响动物的生长，同时对生态环境也会造成很大的影响。

1铜锌在养殖中的危害

适量的铜锌等微量元素对于动物的生长有一定的帮助，但是当饲料添加剂中微量元素超标会使肌肉和肝脏中的微量元素含量显著增加，由于肝脏中的铜锌含量的增加，会增加器官的负荷，最终长期积累可能会导致肝脏发生病变，引起机体中毒，为避免这种现象，规定在动物饲料中，添加的微量元素不能超过国家规定的标准[1]。

过量的铜锌元素还会对环境造成一定的污染，给家畜的饲料中添加大量的微量元素后，粪污池的表层土壤会出现一定程度的污染，如果长期使用这种肥料的话，对土壤也会造成污染，进而出现级联反应，导致植物出现污染。……
