摘要：羊传染性角膜结膜炎在羊养殖中比较常见，该病由多种致病原导致，能感染不同品种与年龄的羊。羊传染性角膜结膜炎会对羊的采食、走动等造成严重影响，减缓羊生长发育速度。部分病羊持续较长的病程后，还可能会有衰竭而死现象发生，对羊养殖户的经济利益造成损害。羊传染性角膜结膜炎的传染性较强，易在短时间内传播给同群其他健康羊。一旦出现病羊，要第一时间采取隔离治疗措施，遏制病情的蔓延。该文主要论述羊传染性角膜结膜炎流行病学、临床症状、病例变化及诊断，并提出预防及治疗措施。

Diagnosis，Prevention and Treatment of Sheep Infectious Keratoconjunctivitis

Abstract：Sheep infectious keratoconjunctivitis is a common disease in sheep breeding. It is caused by many pathogens and can infect sheep of different breeds and ages. Infectious keratoconjunctivitis of sheep can seriously affect the feeding and walking of sheep and slow down the growth and development of sheep. Some diseased sheep may die of exhaustion after a long course of disease，which will damage the economic interests of sheep farmers. Sheep infectious keratoconjunctivitis is highly contagious and easily spreads to other healthy sheep in the same flock within a short period of time. Once there is a disease sheep，the first time to take isolation treatment measures to curb the spread of the disease. This article mainly discusses the epidemiology，clinical symptoms，case changes and diagnosis of sheep infectious keratoconjunctivitis，and puts forward the prevention and treatmentmeasures.

养殖规模逐渐扩大，同时也增大各类羊疾病的发生率。其中羊传染性角膜结膜炎是比较常见的疾病类型。其对羊健康生长的危害性极大，且会在全群中蔓延和扩散。如果不能及时加以防治，部分病羊会逐渐死亡。羊角膜结膜发炎是病羊的主要症状，眼睛内会流出较多的分泌物，视觉受到严重影响，减缓羊发育速度，降低羊养殖效益。因此，养殖人员需做好羊传染性角膜结膜炎的防控工作，切实保证羊养殖效益。

1流行病学

羊传染性角膜结膜炎的致病原众多，包括结膜支原体、李氏杆菌、鹦鹉热衣原体等。现阶段，通常认为本种疾病的主要致病原为衣原体。本种不但会对羊造成危害，牛、猪等其他动物也可能遭到感染。羊患病后，将会有大量的致病原存在于其眼泪、乳汁、尿液中。……
