摘要：养猪场的规模和数量逐渐增多，病毒的危害将会严重影响养殖场的经济效益。猪细小病毒会侵害母猪，损坏母猪的生殖系统，导致母猪不孕不育或者出现死胎流产的情况。为保证猪的健康成长，需要做好猪细小病毒的诊治与防范工作。该文主要论述猪细小病毒病的流行病学、发病特点、病理变化及疾病诊断，并提出预防措施。

Abstract：The scale and quantity of pig farm increase gradually，the harm of virus will seriously affect the economic benefit of pig farm. Porcine parvovirus can damage sows，damage their reproductive systems，and cause infertility or stillbirth in sows. To ensure the healthy growth of pigs，it is necessary to do a good job in the diagnosis，treatment and prevention of Porcine Parvovirus. This article mainly discusses the epidemiology，characteristics，pathological changes and disease diagnosis of Porcine Parvovirus，and puts forward preventive measures.

猪细小病毒是养猪行业中危害较为严重的疾病，会在全国不同区域出现患病情况，并且逐渐呈现出了区域性流行的特点，对于养殖行业的健康发展带来不利影响。猪细小病毒会导致猪繁殖障碍，母猪感染细小病毒后直接影响胎儿的发育甚至死亡。为有效降低猪细小疾病造成的影响，需要对猪细小疾病的发病特点、病理变化、方式措施等进行正确的认识。

1流行病学

猪细小病毒病一般呈现地方性或者散发性流行，没有明显季节性特征，但寒冷的春冬季发病率会较高些。猪细小病毒的主要来源为已经感染细小病毒的病猪或者隐性带毒猪，后备母猪与经产母猪相比更容易感染此类疾病，病毒可通过胎盘进行垂直传播[1]。受到病毒污染的猪舍会成为猪细小病毒的主要藏身场所，该病毒具有较强的耐热能力，因此普通的消毒水不能將其消灭，病毒会在自然环境中存活较长时间，即便是空圈4～5个月后，仍然会导致易感猪发病。……
