摘要：绵羊人工授精技术已有40多年的历史，随着人工授精技术的发展，其推广和应用进一步成熟和完善，对提高绵羊育种速度和质量、快速繁育商品羊有重要的作用，促进绵羊产业的发展。但是精液质量、人工授精方法、输精时间、种羊自身状况等都会影响人工授精的效果，影响绵羊的受胎率。该文根据定西市安定区绵羊人工授精情况，论述提高人工授精受胎率的措施。

Measures to Improve the Conception Rate of Sheep by Artificial Insemination

Abstract：Artificial insemination has been used in sheep for more than 40 years. With the development of artificial insemination technology，its popularization and application have become more mature and perfect，which plays an important role in improving the speed and quality of sheep breeding and rapid breeding of commercial sheep，to promote the development of sheep industry. However，semen quality，method of artificial insemination，insemination time and condition of breeding sheep will affect the effect of artificial insemination and the conception rate of sheep. According to the situation of artificial insemination in sheep in anding district of Dingxi，this paper discusses the measures to improve the conception rate of artificial insemination.

0引言

人工授精技术相对于自然交配有明显的优势，有较大的市场需求，尤其是随着人工授精技术特别是精液冷冻技术的发展，促进了绵羊人工授精技术的推广和应用，为绵羊大规模的生产提供技术条件。20世纪70年代，随着技术的发展，绵羊的人工授精技术得到推广应用，新疆、辽宁等省纷纷建立人工授精站，为新疆和东北细毛羊品种的开发奠定基础。目前绵羊人工授精技术已经普遍推广，为加快品种改良，提高良种的普及率发挥重大作用。绵羊的受胎率和发达国家相比，仍然相对较低，要提高人工授精受胎率，做好人工授精的每个环节。

1提高绵羊精液的质量

绵羊精液质量的好坏和受胎率有直接的关系，精液品质高，受胎率就高，反之，受胎率降低。为提高精液质量，要做好引种，提高饲养管理技术，保持种公羊的种用体况及旺盛的性欲，為生产优质的精液打好基础。

第一，种公羊要从具有《种畜禽生产经营许可证》的原种场引进，要有自身及亲本的完整的生产性能测定记录，体型外貌、繁殖性能要符合本品种的特点，身体健康，没有传染性疾病，要有种畜禽及检疫合格证，有三代系谱证明。……
