摘要：试验将黄芪多糖（APS）添加到断奶前后仔猪日粮中，测定断奶仔猪生长性能、屠宰性能及血液生化相关指标，为APS在断奶仔猪健康养殖中的作用研究提供数据支持。试验选取体重、产仔总数相近且健康的母猪，从所产出的所有仔猪中选取体况相近的仔猪30头，随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组饲喂基础日粮，试验组在基础日粮中添加APS。预试期10 d，试验期为30 d。测定了猪的生长性能、屠宰性能等指标。结果表明，添加黄芪多糖物质可以提高动物机体的平均日增重、日采食量及屠宰性能，提高断奶仔猪血清中的总蛋白和球蛋白含量，降低白球比和甘油三酯的含量。

Clinical Application of Astragalus Polysaccharide Biological Feed on Weaned Piglets

Abstract：In this experiment，astragalus polysaccharide （APS）was added to the diets of piglets before and after weaning，and the growth performance，slaughter performance and blood biochemical indicators of weaned piglets were measured，which provided clinical guidance for the research on the role of APS in the healthy breeding of weaned piglets. Select healthy sows with similar body weight and total litter size，select 30 piglets with similar body condition from all the piglets produced，and randomly divide them into control group and experimental group.The control group was fed the basal diet，while the experimental group was supplemented with APS.The pre-trial period was 10 days，and the feeding period was limited to 30 days.The growth performance and slaughter volume of pigs were measured.The results showed that the addition of astragalus polysaccharides could improve the average daily gain，daily feed intake and slaughter performance of animals，increase the total protein and globulin content in the serum of weaned piglets，and reduce the white ball ratio and triglyceride content.

0引言

黃芪多糖具有增强猪的自身免疫力、调节肠道内微生物菌群平衡、提高生产性能等生理功能[1-3]。本试验旨在研究黄芪多糖对于断奶仔猪的生产性能及其免疫力指标的影响，进一步探索黄芪多糖生物饲料在断奶仔猪养殖过程中的临床应用价值，并对该类物质的开发应用提供数据基础和理论依据。

1试验方案

1.1试验动物与日粮

选择体重、产仔个数相近且健康的母猪10头，从所产出的所有仔猪中选取体况相近的（没有明显性的差异）健康28日龄断乳仔猪共30头。基础日粮依据猪饲料营养需要标准配制（饲料中含有蛋白质、粗脂肪、可溶性碳水化合物等6类营养物质），试验组在饲喂基础日粮的基础上，按照仔猪体重在基础日粮中添加1.0 g/kg体重的黄芪多糖，黄芪多糖（APS）由华北制药集团新药研究所提供。……
