摘要：为更好的保障内燃机车的安全稳定运行，基于进行内燃机维修的重要性，主要针对内燃机车的冷却水系统、增压器以及电气线路等部位常见故障现象进行了分析，分析了故障原因，提出了一系列具体的维修措施，通过综合应用这些维修措施，有助于更快速高效的解决内燃机常见故障，进一步提高内燃机车运行效益。

Abstract： For better guarantee safe and stable operation of the diesel locomotive， based on the importance of the internal combustion engine maintenance， mainly for diesel locomotive cooling water system， the supercharger and the electrical wiring part of the common malfunctions are analyzed， and analyzed the cause of the problem， put forward a series of concrete measures of maintenance， maintenance by integrated application of these measures， It is helpful to solve the common faults of internal combustion engine more quickly and efficiently， and further improve the running efficiency of internal combustion engine.

0  引言

随着我国轨道交通的快速发展，内燃机车已逐渐被电力机车所取代，虽然逐步成为我国轨道交通的辅助机型，但依然是当前最重要的牵引主力机型。假如遇到电网故障或者天然灾害时，电力机车因为缺少电能而无法使用，从而让内燃机车的重要性得到明显体现。所以，应该对内燃机车的日常运行管理进行加强，以便内燃机车能够更好地为铁路运输服务。根据我国现有内燃机车的运行状况以及实际维修经验可知，目前内燃机车故障维修主要体现在如下三个方面：第一方面冷却水系统;第二方面增压器以及第三方面电气线路。

1  维修的重要性

内燃机车无论是在维修方面，还是在保养方面对于铁路运输都是非常重要的，主要体现在如下两个方面：①可以让设备的正常运行得到确保，对其进行定期维修可以让设备正常运行的可靠性得到极大提高。当内燃机车长期处于工作状态，如果不定期对其进行维修，很容易导致安全事故发生。……
