摘要：随着时代的发展，汽车的普及率逐渐提升，而汽车的使用体验感主要受到汽车发动机稳定性和故障率的影响。传统的人工诊断故障的方式难以降低汽车发动机的故障率以及提高维修精度等。为了降低汽车发动机机械系统故障，提高故障检测精准性，对汽车发动机机械系统故障原因进行诊断分析。文章介绍了汽车发动机机械系统;从多个方面分析了汽车发动机机械系统故障分类及原因，最后阐述了汽车发动机机械系统故障检测技术，从而明确了发动机故障诊断的整体思路与技术发展走向。

Abstract： With the development of the times， the penetration rate of automobiles has gradually increased， and the experience of automobile use is mainly affected by the stability and failure rate of automobile engines. The traditional way of manually diagnosing faults is difficult to reduce the failure rate of automobile engines and improve the accuracy of maintenance. In order to reduce the failure of the automobile engine mechanical system and improve the accuracy of fault detection， the cause of the automobile engine mechanical system failure is diagnosed and analyzed. The article introduces the automobile engine mechanical system; analyzes the breakdown classification and reason of automobile engine mechanical system from many aspects， and finally elaborates the automobile engine mechanical system fault detection technology， thereby clarifying the overall idea and technology development trend of engine fault diagnosis.

0  引言

随着当前阶段我国国民经济的快速健康发展，人们的日均收入以及生活品质已经逐渐有了不同幅度的提高，汽车的使用率和普及率也越来越高，现代化汽车产业得到了显著发展。随之而来的汽车故障诊断、汽车维修技术也在不断的进步和发展。汽车发动机机械系统的组成较为精密复杂，在设计、组装和调试时对技术及工艺要求较高。因此，其在发生故障时很难进行维修和诊断[1]。随着我国汽车行业的不断创新发展，传统的人工汽车故障分析诊断处理方式已经基本无法有效满足汽车行业的发展需求，需要企业借助各种科技创新手段对其进行精密的人工故障分析诊断，以有效适应现代汽车行业的快速发展、提高现代人们的汽车使用感和体验感，进而有效推动我国汽车行业的进一步健康发展。……
