【摘要】目的：探讨超声龈下刮治术治疗慢性牙周炎的护理干预方法及其效果。方法：选择2018年1月至2020年6月期间在我院收治的80例慢性牙周炎患者作为对象，随机数字表法将患者分成对照组（n=40）和观察组（n=40）。对照组用常规护理，观察组用综合护理，比较两组的护理总有效率，于护理前后评价患者的菌斑指数（PLI）与牙龈出血指数（BI）、探诊深度（PD）等牙周指标的变化。结果：护理后观察组的护理总有效率高于对照组，PLI、BI、PD低于对照组（P<0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论：超声龈下刮治术治疗慢性牙周炎的过程中，采用综合护理的作用明显，可提高临床护理总有效率，改善患者的牙周指标，促使患者的病情得到有效的恢复。

Observation on nursing intervention of Ultrasonic Subgingival curettage in the treatment of chronic periodontitis

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the nursing intervention methods and effects of ultrasonic subgingival curettage in the treatment of chronic periodontitis. Methods： 80 patients with chronic periodontitis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were selected as subjects， and the patients were divided into control group （n=40） and observation group （n=40） by random number table method. Conventional nursing was used in the control group and comprehensive nursing was used in the observation group. The total effective rate of nursing was compared between the two groups， and changes in periodontal indexes such as plaque index （PLI）， gingival bleeding index （BI） and probing depth （PD） were evaluated before and after nursing. Results： The total nursing efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group， PLI， BI and PD were lower than that of the control group， P<0.05， and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： In the treatment of chronic periodontitis by ultrasonic subgingival curettage， the effect of comprehensive nursing is obvious， which can improve the total clinical nursing efficiency， improve the periodontal index of patients， and promote the effective recovery of patients’ condition.

牙周炎的患者約95 %为慢性牙周炎，病情主要是牙龈炎长时间侵袭牙周组织，逐渐往患者深部的牙周组织扩展，常因为微生物或（及）细菌感染引起[1]。临床经验指出，慢性牙周炎患者接受超声龈下刮治术治疗的过程中，需要为患者提供科学合理的护理干预，因为超声龈下刮治术的疗效影响因素较多，通过有效的护理服务能防止多种因素对疗效的影响，但目前尚无统一的护理干预模式。为了解超声龈下刮治术治疗慢性牙周炎的护理干预方法，本次对我院2018年1月至2020年6月用不同护理方法干预的80例慢性牙周炎患者的临床资料进行比较，探讨综合护理的内容与效果。……
