【摘要】目的：分析人工流产术后避孕服务效果及再次妊娠发生率。方法：选择2019年1月至2019年12月期间收治的人工流产患者共1204例，分为参照组和研究组，参照组给予普通预后服务，研究组在参照组的基础上给予该手术的术后避孕服务，比较两组患者经不同服务下的服务满意度以及两组患者的再次妊娠发生率。结果：研究组的服务满意度会高于参照组（P<0.05），再次妊娠发生率会低于参照组（P<0.05）。结论：人工流产的术后避孕服务效果可以提高服务满意度，降低妊娠发生率。

Analysis of the contraceptive service effect and the incidence of pregnancy after abortion

[Abstract] Objective： To analyze the effect of contraception after artificial abortion and the incidence of re-pregnancy. Methods ： 1204 induced abortion patients were selected from January 2019 to December 2019， divided into reference group and study group. The study group gave postoperative contraceptive services on the basis of reference group. The service satisfaction of the two groups and the incidence of re-pregnancy of the two groups were compared. Results： the service satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the reference group （P<0.05）， and the incidence of re-pregnancy was lower than that of the reference group（P<0.05）. Conclusion： human The effect of postoperative contraceptive service can improve service satisfaction and reduce the incidence of pregnancy.

在日常生活中人工流产手术会给广大女性带来很大的身体伤害，但意外怀孕的绝大多数后果都是人工流产，人工流产术不仅会破坏人体的宫腔内部环境，还对患者的心理也会造成一定的负担。大部分进行人工流产的女性并不了解人工流产的危害，轻度的患者会造成术后感染，而稍微严重的患者会造成子宫环境受损，而更加严重的后果是可能造成患者无法再次妊娠[1]。因此，为了有效避免这种危险的情况发生，减少患者并非自愿妊娠的情况，我国卫生委员会制定了预防不是自愿怀孕的流产术术后避孕服务的规则，同时也对广大住院患者提供宣教工作，让广大民众对术后避孕的重要性有着一定的了解和认知。为了观察该手术的避孕服务效果，以及降低术后意外发……
