【摘要】目的：探究在不同时间段对周围性面瘫患者采用针灸治疗的临床价值。方法：选取2017年7月至2020年3月期间本院接收的67例周围性面瘫患者为研究对象，并通过随机数字表法将其分为对照组（33例）与研究组（34例）。对照组实施晚期针灸治疗，而研究组实施早期针灸治疗，就两组的的临床治疗效果与治疗前后生活质量进行比较分析。结果：治疗后，研究组的临床总有效率（94.12%）明显高于对照组（75.76%），差异显著（P<0.05）；研究組的社会功能、躯体功能、心理功能、物质生活评分均明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：在早期阶段，给予周围性面瘫患者针灸治疗，能进一步提升临床治疗效果，并改善患者的生活质量。

The clinical value of acupuncture treatment in patients with peripheral facial paralysis in different time periods

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the clinical value of acupuncture treatment in different time periods for patients with peripheral facial paralysis. Methods： A total of 67 patients with peripheral facial paralysis admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to March 2020 were selected as study subjects， and were divided into control group （33 cases） and study group （34 cases） by random number table method. The control group received late acupuncture treatment， while the study group received early acupuncture treatment. The clinical effect of the two groups and the quality of life before and after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results： After treatment， the total clinical effective rate of the study group（94.12%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（75.76%）， the difference is significant（P<0.05）. The scores of social function， physical function， psychological function and material life in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture and moxibustion can further improve the clinical effect and the quality of life of patients with peripheral facial paralysis in the early stage.

周围性面瘫是一种由原因不明的颈乳突孔内急性非化脓性面神经炎所导致的周围性面部肌肉瘫痪，在临床中属于较为常见的疾病[1-2]。当发生周围性面瘫时，患者会出现不同程度上的患侧额纹消失或变浅、眼睑闭合乏力甚至闭目露睛，鼻唇沟变浅，人中沟及口角歪斜、鼓腮漏气等面部不对称症状。中医学理论认为，该疾病的病因多为脉络空虚、卫阳失固、风寒乘虚侵袭面部经络导致的经气受阻、血气运行不畅[3-4]。周围性面瘫主要在春秋季节发作，药物治疗多以消炎、营养神经为主，而近年来随着中医学的进一步发展，针灸治疗在周围性面瘫的临床治疗中发挥了显著优势[5]。……
