采用导缆孔代替滚柱导缆器的工艺研究

摘要:导缆孔和滚柱导缆器均为常用系泊件,用于系泊缆绳的导向。导缆孔具有结构简单、布置方便的特点,但对缆绳的磨损严重,故在大型船舶上采用不多;滚柱导缆器能够将滑动摩擦变为滚动摩擦,减少了摩擦阻力,对缆绳的损伤较小,但存在体积大、重量重和结构复杂的缺点,不便于维护。本文结合实船系泊布置,充分对比导缆孔和滚柱导缆器的优缺点,并提出解决方案,如在导缆孔内表面增加垫片,减少摩擦系数,保护缆绳,并努力减少成本,使导缆孔代替滚柱导缆器切实可行。

Abstract: Mooring holes and roller fairleads are common mooring parts used for guiding mooring lines. The mooring hole has the characteristics of simple structure and convenient arrangement, but because of the serious wear of the cable, it is not used in large ships. The roller fairlead can change sliding friction into rolling friction, reduce friction resistance, and damage to the cable is small, but it has the disadvantages of large volume, heavy weight and complex structure, and is not easy to maintain. Combined with the real ship mooring arrangement, this paper fully compares the characteristics of the mooring hole and the roller fairlead, and puts forward a solution, such as adding a gasket on the inner surface of the mooring hole to reduce the friction coefficient and protect the cable., and work hard to reduce the costs, it is feasible to replace the roller fairlead with the mooring hole.

1前言
系泊系统是船舶舾装设计的重要组成部分,应合理地选用系泊设备和属具,并将它们安装在船舶恰当的位置以最佳的方式抵抗各种外力。导缆孔和滚柱导缆器都是缆绳导向装置,在实船上两种系泊属具均有应用。从功能上来讲,二者区别不大;从成本上讲,滚柱导缆器体积更大、重量更重、结构零件更多、成本更高;从使用方面来看,滚柱导缆器的滚柱对缆绳的磨损较小,缆绳的寿命更长,但日常维护工作较多。相比而言,导缆孔结构简单,但对系泊缆绳的磨损比较严重。如何提高导缆孔的竞争力,需从降低导缆孔的摩擦系数着手,为此可以考虑在导缆孔内壁增加垫片,并论证此项工艺的可行性,以最终实现在实船上推广应用。
