摘 要：紫茎泽兰能散发刺激性气味，有一定杀虫活性。本文利用室内生物测定及浸渍法，测定紫茎泽兰不同部位对白星花金龟的趋避活性及毒杀作用。结果表明：紫茎泽兰不同部位对成虫的趋避活性存在差异，成虫对茎、叶、花表现出负趋性，对根表现出正趋性;3龄幼虫对紫茎泽兰不同部位提取物表现出负趋性，大小为叶>茎>根>花;1龄幼虫对不同部位提取物差异不显著（P>0.05），2龄及3龄幼虫对花、茎及叶提取物之间差异显著（P<0.05）。紫茎泽兰茎、叶提取物对3龄幼虫具有毒杀作用，且随着处理时间及提取物浓度的增加毒杀作用增强，大小表现为茎>叶。研究结果能为开发防治白星花金龟的植物源杀虫剂提供试验依据。

Abstract：Ageratina adenophorum can emit pungent odor，which has certain insecticidal activity.In this paper，the repellent activity and toxic effect of extracts from different parts of A.adenophorum to Protaetia brevitarsis were carried out by laboratory bioassays and impregnation method.The results showed that there were significant differences in the repellent activity of extracts from different parts of A.adenophorum to adults.Adults showed negative tendency to stems，leaves and flowers，and positive tendency to roots.The larvae of three ages showed negative tendency to extracts of different parts of A.adenophorum，with the size of leaves>stems>roots>flowers.The 1st instar larvae had no significant difference in the repellency of extracts from different parts （P>0.05），while the 2nd and 3rd instar larvae had significant differences.The extracts of the stems and leaves of A.adenophorum were toxic to the 3rd instar larvae，and the toxic effect was enhanced with the increase of the treatment time and the concentration of the extracts，with the size of stems>leaves.The results of the research can provide a experimental for the development of plant-derived insecticides for the control of P.brevitarsis.

白星花金龜Protaetia brevitarsis，属鞘翅目Coleoptera，金龟科Scarabaeidae，花金龟亚科Cetoniinae[1]。分布范围广，寄主种类多，我国及周边国家均有分布，国内以新疆和山东发生较为严重[2-3]。白星花金龟生活史较长，自然条件下1年发生1代[4]，主要以成虫群集为害农作物、瓜果、蔬菜等，能对取食部位造成酸腐现象，产生次生病害，是农、林业生产中的重要害虫[5-6]。幼虫具有趋腐性，适应力强，在畜牧业发展较好的省份发生较严重。目前，白星花金龟的防治方法主要是农业防治、物理防治及化学防治[7]，利用植物源物质防治方面，除王瑞笛等[8]研究过植物挥发物对白星花金龟的嗅觉行为影响外，未见其他相关报道。
