[摘要]目的調查宝鸡市基层医务人员心肺复苏认知和培训意愿。方法分别对2019年5—7月宝鸡市19个社区卫生服务中心和中心卫生院在职的627名基层医务人员进行纸质版问卷调查，调查内容包括心肺复苏认知、心肺复苏培训和现场抢救意愿。结果44.18%基层医务人员为患者进行过心肺复苏，有心肺复苏经历者有更高的接受培训的需求（P <0.05）;心肺复苏知识总体掌握较好，平均得分（7.98±1.61）分，但对考查新版指南知识点的问题回答错误率较高，其中67.62%的人不了解美国心脏协会（AHA）、基础生命支持（BLS）、高级心血管生命支持（ACLS）;92.34%的基层医务人员愿意为大众普及心肺复苏急救知识。结论宝鸡市绝大多数基层医务人员愿意为大众普及心肺复苏急救知识，建立有效的心肺复苏培训体系有利于提高全民心肺复苏急救能力和水平。

Investigation and research on the necessity and training mode selection of cardiopulmonary resuscitation training for grassroots medical personnel

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the awareness and training willingness of cardiopulmonary resuscitation among grassroots medical staff in Baoji city. Methods A total of 627 grass-roots medical staff in 19 community health service centers and central health centers from May to July， 2019 in Baoji were investigated by paper questionnaires， including awareness of cardiopulmonary resuscitation， cardiopulmonary resuscitation training and on-site rescue willingness. Results 44.18% grassroots medical staff had performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation for patients， and those who had experienced cardiopulmonary resuscitation had a higher need for training （P <0.05）. On the whole， the knowledge of cardiopulmonary resuscitation was well mastered， with an average score of （7.98±1.61） points， but the wrong answer rate to the questions about the knowledge points of the new guidelines was high， among which 67.62% people did not know American Heart Association （AHA）， Basic Life Support （BLS） or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support （ACLS）.92.34% of the grassroots medical staff were willing to popularize the knowledge of CPR first aid for the public. Conclusion The vast majority of grassroots medical staff in Baoji are willing to popularize the knowledge of cardiopulmonary resuscitation first aid for the general public， and establishing an effective training system for cardiopulmonary resuscitation is conducive to improving the ability and level of cardiopulmonary resuscitation first aid for the whole people.

猝死是骤然发生、快速和不能预期的死亡，可分为心源性猝死和非心源性猝死[1]。我国每年心源性猝死发病人数超过54万例，相当于每分钟就有1人发生心脏骤停[2]。据统计，心脏骤停发生在院外者约占70%[3]，因此基层社区医务人员为民众科普相关知识以及及时实施心肺复苏急救是挽救患者生命的第一重要环节。然而，在我国院前心源性猝死目击者心肺复苏仅为4.48%，超过70%院前心脏骤停患者在送往上级医院前已经死亡[4]。为了全面深入了解基层医务人员心肺复苏知识程度、心肺复苏培训需求、现场心肺复苏抢救意愿和相关影响因素等，本课题组于2019年5—7月对宝鸡市（我市）基层医务人员进行问卷调查，现报道如下。

1资料与方法
